Worst customer service ever!!! – Purchased a rod from PFS. Although the website said it was in stock, IT WAS NOT. Enquired by email after 10 days and 15days of non delivery with no reply. Phoned store and was told not in stock with no delivery ETA. After several more emails with no reply I requested a refund. No response so phone the company again but my calls had been blocked. Eventually was forced to try to get money refunded via my bank. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Don't supply what you have purchased – Avoid online purchases they are dishonest. Make up the longlines etc by one person working from home. Been waiting a month for two longlines and have not heard one word from them. Take your money then don't supply what you have purchased. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails. Don't give refunds, a real dodgy outfit that looks like it is going bust but want to rip off as many people as possible before the liquidators are called in.im taking this up with the consumer as authorities, these crooks can't keep doing this.
