I visited the homebush store today. I've never visited Pauls Warehouse so thought it might be worth a visit how wrong could I be. I was extremely shocked at the condition of this shop it is a health hazard it absolutely stinks. The clothing is in terrible condition and looks like its been worn in other words second hand. I looked for a pair of shoes and was shocked to find that most of the shoes had visible wear and tear like they had been worn multiple times. Whoever owns Pauls Warehouse should be ashamed of themselves its an absolute joke I will never go back.

"paul's warehouse rockdale" such a joke and absolute waste of time! rude service staff, wrong pricing makes no reason to go back there ever again.
i traveled peak-hour traffic on Thursday all the way to Rockdale store and spent good 3 hours to pick up assorted clothing and bedding items from a big mess and pile. but staff at the counter refuse of offer the price due to various reasons-- "someone put them in wrong place", "designer items excluded", "not part of sale".

In Rockdale store today picked few things and went to request price check and pay, got told that all long sleeve items not reduced despite having two big racks marked $5. Person on the counter extremely rude and argumentative really doubt she had any customer training. Unable to know how to use listening skills or hear the me as a customer kept interpreting. Apparently they have instructions that any long sleeve item with date August 18 they can sell for $5, this off course known to staff not to customers. Terrible. As she was rude, I asked for a manager and listen to the SHOCK she was the store manger, what an example to others working with her and poor customers. She refused to give her name. Worst experience ever.

The smell in this shop is disgusting.. it’s the smell of second hand clothes and some shoes !! It’s buy one get one free but they put prices up so high that you’re not really getting one free !! It’s like a garage sale !!! Shop is a miserable mess !!

I have now been to Pauls warehouse Sunshine thrice. All three times I have witnessed the lady (Caucasian, dark hair) on the check out’s horrible, horrible behaviour. First time customers were waiting to be served and she was chatting with a friend for 8 minutes before deciding to say ‘next’. The second time my husband and I visited and there was something wrong with the pricing, she literally told the girl on the checkout, give it to them at the price they’ve said (cause she knew we were right) I don’t want to have this conversation!! Paul's warehouse does it best to yell at the customer. Rude staff and no manner. Please do not shop at the store. No wonder why online shopping becomes big part.

Displayed like an op shop, don't have any current models all Crap you would not want , looks like there all fake knock offs. Shop is run by inexperienced kids with no idea. Woodridge store qld , "says it all". Everything just looks cheap and nasty don't waste your time. But how they display their shoes is an absolute joke. A WHOLE WALL OF----! Don't know how they can still be in business. I feel ripped off just going there. Listen to all these reviews, not everyone can be wrong. Spent long enough talking about this store, just go to another shop like rebel sport and see the difference. Better quality with helpful staff that have a brain. They aren't cheaper prices just cheaperly made shoes. DONT DO IT.

Husband and I both purchased top of the line new balance and muzuno running joggers... you would think for the top tier models and price they would be comfortable and not make your feet feel like they've been standing in thongs all day. We have owned multiple versions of these joggers and never experience this... they have to be selling non-genuine products such as waste of money so disappointed.

(Adelaide) Shoes sold here should come with a free can of spray glue. Bought 2 pairs of sport shoes and the soles on both began to flap as I walked with days of purchasing them. I had to glue them back weekly. Haven’t been and will never go back.

Yesterday at the Rockdale Paul Warehouse totally unprofessional, rude staff. When I saw the Manager who happened to be the Regional Manager I went to try to talk to him about his staff. He was utterly rude to me, one staff came there yelling at me, he did not ask her to stop or leave. No wonder why the staff behaves the way they behave.

This store has dirty second hand looking clothes. They will not give you a refund although they will tell you they do. Just go and take a look at how bad it is , it will make you laugh .

We came into the store to enquire about an exchange of the bought trousers due to the unfitting size and was informed that the item is B graded and thus is not exchangeable.

Firstly, there was no information on the item purchased that inform the customer it is a B grade and the ill-defined term does not help the consumers in identifying that it is not exchangeable.

Secondly, I explained to the staff that the only reason he did not try it on prior to the purchase was because he has a disability that requires a crutch to support his movem...

Just returned from Paul's in adelaide wow over priced garbage is to say the least staff that lie and are clearly not happy working there.i questioned why there warehouse prices are higher than leading sports stores well what do you know no response be warned stay far far far away from them or get burnt

Adidas shoes print wearing off after 2 days. Staff were the most unhelpful I've ever encountered in any business. My opinion is they sell fake brands. Avoid Thornton store at all costs.

Hi Pauls warehouse ..Recently rang The East Gosford store and spoke to a girl about the Ascis shoes I had bought for my daughter,
.... she said to us as long as you have a receipt ... so I went hunting, normally pretty good ...Found so went back last weekend and although it was well over the 14 days ..SHOES... WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION ..NEVER WORN WITH RECEIPT ...BUT they forgot to tell us box too ...I had put my daughters shoes in one of those plastic shoe box for her birthday and wrapped it.. The lady was quiet hard ,wouldnt even offer ...

Went to thornton store expecting to buy 2 pairs of shoes to only walk out with nothing. Firstly the staff looked like 13 yr olds who had no concept of customer service, in fact they changed the price of some shoes in front of customers with a texta right after someone brought that pair of shoes thinking it was less than it was! Then had a quiet argument about if they should tell the customer or not! Seriously! So after asking the 13yr olds for my size in 4 different pairs of shoes (12) they didn't have my size in any of them! The clothing there is for smaller people or people who like spray on clothes if you're bigger than a large.

I think paul wearhouse should learn to have there sales clear so you they wouldnt have annoyed customers with this buy on get one free stuff like if your gonner post sales at least have it in clear writting.

I was in need of a pair of replacement runners, desperately. I realised that in Australia all places including (DFO, factory or warehouse outlets just sell at retail price anyway) Paul's Warehouse were the same, so my advise would be goto a proper shoe store. The only reason I went to Paul's Warehouse was due to its location, I needed to visit another store right next door. I shouldn't have been so lazy.

Went to pauls in dandenong after phoning up just to check if they fit kids shoes.yes was the answer. Very disappointing when we got there no fitting available. Pauls need to put people in there that know qwhat they are doing not young people who ate not interested. NB shoes are cheaper at the NB factory and fit.
