The store is a clearance warehouse. Nothing fancy and it’s layout is an organised chaos. The clothes and shoes available are all unsold/returned clearance outlet clothes from the USA. They may be from last season or go back a few years. The key to shopping here is that you must have lots of time to hunt for the bargain. They sort clothes under style - knits, tshirts, dresses, pants, long sleeve etc. There is minimal size sorting. Shop was an organised mess and low rent - as expected. Staff were ok and reasonably friendly, not any different from most retailers. It is a bargain warehouse - so not too sure why some people are expecting a fancy shop. (That out of the way).

The trick with this place is to make sure you know what you like and look very carefully. Genuine and honest bargains to be had. Found the place to be great for kids, office and semi formal wear.

No problems with returns either.

I have now been to Pauls warehouse Sunshine thrice. All three times I have witnessed the lady (Caucasian, dark hair) on the check out’s horrible, horrible behaviour. First time customers were waiting to be served and she was chatting with a friend for 8 minutes before deciding to say ‘next’.
