Omfg is this for real
I had a measure done 2 weeks before Christmas. They asked for deposit week before Christmas and guaranteed it would be done Friday before Christmas...they were a no show...have tried to call many many times and emailed with no reply...now I read this...I contacted them direct for quote....and have paid $4000 I feel sick...what do we do????
My kitchen cupboards are great if only I cant use the kitchen no stone thanks paz
Paz I cant tell you how bad there service is . Paid the installation fee only to be told my my kitchen installer that they are now in receivership no word from ikea paid ikea for the stone ikea should be making it right with there clients but no nothing I spoke to them to be told they are working on it but two days latter and still nothing from them for a billion dollar company that is not how they should run things easy fix pay Enother stone company to do the job even if it cost them so disappointing . My kitchen installers are the best at least I have an oven as they came and connected it but still ikea should be looking after us
Be Aware! They will take your money and go into receivership last minute
Ordered and rushed to pay deposit through Bunnings as Paz stone staff member pressurised for money then business went into 'receivership' a week before Christmas. Even the day before they were still taking orders and are getting away with it again. Company is also called essential stones - watch out!
An absolute joke of a company
Ordered a glass splashback for a laundry with them through Bunnings. It should have been a small, quick and easy job. It took over 6 weeks for them to even get around to installing it after paying and that's only after I told them I was fed up with the wait (was originally told about 2 weeks). The splashback they installed had chips in the paint colour so you could see the wall colour behind the splashback and they left marks all over the wall behind it that wouldn't come off. The receptionist told us 'we should have painted the wall behind the...splashback the same colour and we wouldn't have this problem'. Finally got someone to come back out who ripped it off the wall (damaging the wall we had patched up before originally getting the splashback installed). He then proceeded to try and touch up the paint on the back of the splashback with the intention of putting it back on the wall. After making it clear that was not acceptable, they ordered a replacement. The receptionist then booked in the wrong date to install the replacement. It was then rescheduled with them calling me that morning to tell me the replacement one wasn't correct and they'd have to reorder it again. It took nearly 3 months of them stuffing around to finally get it installed properly. I'm still waiting for the full refund they said they'd provide me with, only after I requested it to compensate for the nightmare they caused.

Good products let down by unreliability of installers.
We made a huge mistake in selecting a Bunnings/Kaboodle kitchen to replace our ten year old build. The kitchen cabinetry is of very poor quality, the Bunnings recommended installers, tradepro Installation Services are a renovators nightmare, but Pazstone Brisbane has saved us from a total disaster by supplying very good benchtops and splashbacks.
The granite benchtops are excellent and can't be faulted. Installation is to a high standard including the joins. The only negative is a 10:00am appointment really means 5:00pm arrival and a 7:30pm fi...nish. Worth the trouble though. The glass splashbacks are also of very good quality and the installation is good. As with the benchtops, you should totally ignore any scheduled appointment time/day as they will turn up when they are good and ready. Pazstone is the only thing holding together a kitchen that Bunnings should be embarrassed and ashamed of. I would use Pazstone again but never in combination with Bunnings/Kaboodle and tradepro Installation Services.
Splashback is a disaster
Splashback remains unfinished after 3 months I have gaps between my glass and the cupboards and Paz and the kitchen designer/installer just blame one another and I am no closer to having a kitchen thats looks professional and finished. I have arranged to be home for several measuring appointments, re-measuring (which they even charged me for), two failed delivery appointments (didn't turn up as planned and then a week later arrived with a piece of glass without the powerpoint cut into it) and then several meetings when I've been unhappy with the product
Hook you in then lie about delivery date
We were told three weeks for installation, then after they forgot to process the order for over a week, they then say it's four weeks on top of the week they were sitting doing nothing.
It is VERY inconvenient not having benchtops and the fact they lie like this is crazy. Very very disappointing!
What a disgraceful company
Took them an entire month to do a “detailed design drawing” of a rectangle (I had already given them my interpretation of what a rectangle looks like)....then once they were finally happy with the rectangle they had so much difficulty in drawing they booked in an installation date. A few days later having not received a written confirmation of this date I called the company. More than 24 hours later I managed to get on to a senior staff member who advised me my installation was cancelled due to all of the machinery being “broken”. They then sai...d they could not even give me an installation date until 5 days later. I then cancelled and requested my deposit returned. This took them over 7 days to process. In the time it took them to return the deposit I managed to source a different company to cut and install my stone. I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs! Complete lack of communication, no replies to emails from management within Pazstone, however they are very quick at taking your money to start with. Do yourself a favour and find a better company to cut and install your stone. The amount of stress they caused on the other trades trying to work around them was debilitating.
Over Promise and under deliver! Still waiting for install after weeks after full payment.
Took the day off work to accommodate the installation. Hour or so before its due they call to say they are not coming it hasn't meet the QA test. They have in the contract if you make them change the install date with late notice they will charge you $150. This of course only works one way. Week later promised a definitive time with a phone call. Now the phone call is overdue by days. What's wrong with you people?????
Comedy of Errors, Avoid at all Costs
As they say hindsight is 20/20. I ordered an IKEA kitchen before going away in mid-December, install planned for January 21. The installer was excellent and finished the kitchen in a day. IKEA arrange the stone and splashback – you then realise that this is subcontracted to Paz Stone (http://www.pazstone.com.au/)
I booked an appointment for the measure on 19th January – for the Wednesday or Thursday, paid and then waited. Someone got in touch to say they are not there on the weekend, but the measurer would come out on the Thursday. BTW th...
Avoid like the plague!
This company is an absolute joke! We ordered through IKEA Brisbane and have been playing with us for more than 2 weeks! We have paid the stone bench more than a month ago and no signs whatsoever of when are they going to install. They keep cancelling and cancelling and pushing dates, taking time from work for nothing, and on top of that, YOU the customer have to CALL THEM to ask about dates for work. They will never, ever call you. "We can't promise a date because if we can't go, we don't want to look back' is their pathetic answer every single time. IKEA, if you read this, find another supplier, this company is an absolute disgrace!
Terrible company, and terrible service.
I booked my kitchen with IKEA and they use PazStone. The company is disorganised and the lady who pick up the calls is rude. I booked online as it is instructed, the lady called me a week before my booked date to confirm that my kitchen is installed. I said my kitchen will be installed before my booked date. She then asked for a picture to prove it. So once my kitchen is done, I called her, send her pictures. She told me "good, now i can book you in for next week." EXCUSE ME? I booked it six weeks ago, now you tell me you Just about to book me ...in?She said, "this is just what we do, we can't book you in until we see the pictures." So why didn't you tell me before? And it will take them about 3 weeks (if lucky) to get it installed+one week delayed measurement. I told her it is not a good experience booking stone with them, she seemed didn't care at all. She just keep saying, "This is how it is, I can't book you in any earlier." No sorry, no apology, no explanations, it just this is how it is. I see some five star ratings for that company on this website, I seriously doubt if they are true. Follow up on this: i went to IKEA to make a complaint, IKEA said, "we've never known anyone need to send a picture through to prove. You should be booked in specially they called you a week before." I'm going to keep an eye on this, and follow up if the quality of stone is not good enough.
Paz Stone Brendale, Very efficient, professional service right from ordering at IKEA, measure up and then installed in know time at all.
Always called ahead of time to give an ETA. Shout out to Jakob and his offsideder who installed the stone, you guys were nothing short of professional! Thanks we love our benches.

Slow to get job done
Ordered as part of Ikea kitchen and told 1 week from measure to install. Took 2 weeks from measurement to install (busy). Discovered error in measurement so one panel not installed. Not rushed thru as requested, so over another 2 week wait. Same panel not measured correctly (installer pointed out that it sat higher than panel next to it and 4mm gap between two panels along lower side) but better than before and I wasn't waiting another 2+ weeks. White splashbacks so requested white silicone. Ran out of white silicone so gap between two pa...nels started in white silicone and finished in clear! The large 4mm gap was also done in clear silicone and looks pretty awful and obvious. I am going to scrape it out myself and redo it. No-one called to check how install went which was disappointing. This is what happens when you pay up front, there was no urgency to get the job done or comeback if they don't do a good job ie hold back payment. Everyone I dealt with from measurers to installers were great. It's just the process and product not so.

An absolute nightmare
Well, we lived with a half completed kitchen for a very long time. Pazstone was contracted by a cabinet making company. That cabinet company has had excellent customer service and continual follow up. I rate them favourably (I won’t mention that other company here so people don’t get confused between the two).
Now to Pazstone, the early contact with them was for the measurement of the kitchen. They did that the day before the cabinet company began work on the kitchen. I have no idea why the measurements were left so late? Then they had to come...

Steer clear of Pazstone
We ordered a new kitchen from IKEA Adelaide and used their recommended installers and suppliers.
Their recommended supplier for stone benchtops and glass splashbacks is Pazstone.
When purchasing a kitchen from IKEA, there is no obligation to use their recommended suppliers and we would STRONGLY advise using another supplier for stone benchtops and glass splashbacks – steer well clear of Pazstone.
In dealing with Pazstone, we experienced:
• Delays in installation with several attempts required to complete (five weeks and four attempts)
