Bought an iPhone pelican case that broke after a year. Tried to claim warranty on it and they only offered a discount to buy a new product again and I had to pay for the tax and shipping. Not a trustworthy brand and warranty process is difficult.
Very bad quality – Bought one for 40 dollars didn’t even lost 6 months waste of money not recommended went back to the good guys and not even covering warranty they told me the cover is not covered I didn’t know it’s got engine and gear box they only cover that
Disappointed – I purchased a Pelican phone case for my Iphone 7 two months ago in Sydney. Within a few days the rubber components started to fall off starting with the charge port cover & ending with the on/off switch which has now rendered it unusable. For the price I paid I expected much better quality. While the hard cover itself is still in good condition the without the rubber stoppers & switch covers it's useless.
