Great products !!
I have now had pennytel for around 4 months after switching from Telstra and still everything is working fine. You are the first company that sends out a "thank you " for payment of the monthly account AAA+++ on that !!. If anything i would like a little bit more internet capacity, I'm currently on your highest level ( 20 Gb's ) and maybe 30 would be better, i just have to watch my usage.
Could be better signal only 2 bars in regional area
Very good service , is reliable however disappointing as only 2 bars and using Telstra lines I expected better.
Would like access to 1900 numbers for competitions, no real issues or dropouts that I’ve experienced

I switched from Telstra because it was simply too expensive for my needs. Pennytel service provides more for less plus it was a simple process to speak to a person, rather than an annoying robot
Great value and coverage. Found a plan here that others could not match.
Have yet to experience a drop out. Now that my nbn is down I rely on my phone more and it is up to the job of browsing at acceptable speeds.
Great value, great service
Well, I was hesitant to start with to join. After all the price seemed too good to be true. After fact finding (great customer service) I decided to give Pennytel a go. Awesome. I am so happy I did. As long as they keep up good service (technical and personal), I give thumbs up.
Network coverage has been great with only a momentary dropout in the high hills. Data download speeds more than adequate. Thank you for the always prompt, polite and professional people at Pennytel when speaking on the phone.

Network coverage is every bit as good as Telstra. No coverage or dropout issues.
I have found the Data download speeds to be perfectly adequate (again every bit as good as Telstra)
And the bonus is I am saving over $1,300 a year compared to my previous provider (Telstra).
Since switching to Pennytel I have saved money and now have better coverage. It’s a great low cost service - I went from paying $40 to $24.99 a month and getting better coverage.
Coverage is very good No dropouts, no problems and good to know you keep in touch with your customers Thank-you .Very hard to believe that we are getting better deals than we did with another company and first class service
This is a VERY good service, plenty of coverage, no dropouts etc. I don't need a lot of data so this is PERFECT for me. I went from paying $39 a month(Telstra) to paying just $11 a month. If you don't need a lot of data this is perfect.
no idea about network coverage and dropouts as i only have a 4G flip phone and just use it for emergencies,so that is all i have to say on this topic!
Excellent service from both the Phone reception and customer service.My phone works in more places then it ever did.
My Data speeds are excellent for what I use my phone for and the network coverage is awesome making my phone work in more places then it ever did with my former service provider ,eg like shoping centers and underground carparks and remote rural areas. Never had a dropout yet. Very happy customer.
A very good service. No drop outs as yet with voice calls (benefit of sub to Telstra). Pay for what you use, half the cost and double the data, with no messages like "emergency calls only" as with my previous provider. The only thing I have found is that answers to texts do not always go through. Otherwise tops.
Compared with previous providers, Pennytel has stood-out in terms of stated service, and actual real-time delivery, Coverage excellent, we are in a difficult geographical spot for some telcos, far better service than experienced before.

Service was prompt and Sim card arrived within the indicated time frame. Setup without a hitch and no issues with direct debit each month and invoice received via email. Recommend.
No problems at all with network coverage. Haven’t experienced drop outs and we are in a rural area. They give excellent customer service. Great cost per month. I would recommend Pennytel.

It’s what you need in a telco. A service that just works! Easy, simple and inexpensive. Very happy with Pennytel.

You do have the ability to pay your bill in advance, it will just appear as a credit on your invoice and will accrue in your account.

why can't I receive sms from uzbekistan?I can send with no problems and can receive sms on telstra but not pennytel.
