Long and even International calls have been fast and clear with no drop outs while calling.
Users in the low to mid range this is your one and only place to be.
Genuinely supportive customer service
Pennytel helped me get my pensioner mother away from a hugely expensive low data mobile and unreliable 4g dongle arrangement with a major supplier, and set her up with a better mobile plan and NBN connection at a seriously less expensive monthly cost. The support was so good we now also use them for our mobiles and NBN. There may be slightly cheaper plans out there, but my experience is that having excellent customer support that follows through on issues and gets things resolved far outweighs the stress of dealing with other carriers. Hopefully Pennytel recognise that this is their strength, value and reward their people, and keep doing it well.
Everything is ok, no issues whatsoever it is excellent , have no problem at all. Would recommend Pennytel to anybody that was looking for a phone carrier to use.
Much better coverage than opposition. Also excellent costings.
Very reliable. Have not had any dropouts. Download speed more than adequate. Very good for what I need and also my wifes is covered with her own I personal Account.
People you can understand!
Ive reached out to Pennytel a handful of times, Every time, I spoke with someone who was easy to communicate with, who understood my problem, and addressed the issue efficiently.
Telstra network for half the price
Half the price of others, very happy with service, live in country Vic. so need that coverage. Staff good to talk to and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for good pricing on the Telsta Network.
Pennytel is amazing! Easy and simple service that works better than all other providers I have used for a fraction of the price! Definitely would recommend am very pleased with everything.
Best mvno i have tried
very reliable very rarely are downloads slow to work. I only comment that a 45gb plan would would actually work better for us, but all good its still a good service
My coverage is good and I’m very happy with the price. The people that work there are very friendly. This is a good service if you’ve got children with mobile there’s no nasty hidden charges and so on.
Very pleased with cost and service. Have no need to change to a more expensive service when I have pennytel. Have had no dropouts and data download speeds are on par with other networks
Long time user
Since changing to Pennytel I have had no problems. Despite living in rural Tasmania, coverage is excellent with no drop out. Pennytel costs far less than my previous provider, and overseas connection is very good. My partner has also transferred and we would recommend it to anyone.
Only need service for basic phone coverage and so far haven't found any place where I didn't have coverage. I live in regional NSW and travel frequently to SA without any noticable dropouts.
My best telco yet
I switched from moose, which was also excellent for me, because of the extra coverage, Optus v Telstra. I found the coverage in the country to be better, in general.
Living in rural area Penneytel has filled the coverage gaps that i was starting to get by my previous provider. No problems going overseas either costs are good rang the service number before going to see how it works and found them to be very helpful and polite.
I have now swapped my wife's phone over hope the coverage continues.
Great staff and excellent service.
I have no issues with coverage on our mobile phones or internet connections, using the Telsta network is an advantage. Data download speed is the same as my previous Telco.
Questions & Answers
I have been notified I have used all my data with 5 days to go.What happens now?
Hi Heather, once you have exhausted your monthly inclusion of data it wont let you use internet on the phone and will get renewed with your new billing cycle. Please give us a call on 1300232888 if yo...u have any questions/concerns about this. Thank you - Pennytel Team
Do you have an NBN plan
Hi Barbara, thanks for reaching out.
Yes, we have NBN plans to suit every home, all with no lock-in contracts. You can view our NBN plans here https://pennytel.com.au/residential/#tab-2 or call our ...friendly team on 1300 232 888 for more information and to get started.
I’m strongly considering coming across to Pennytel, but I have some questions for you. Is your service capped through out the day? At this moment with Belong, my service is forever dropping, sending and receiving messages are delayed. Phone calls don’t go through or aren’t received and Internet access and streaming are at its worse. Will this happen with your service?
Thank you for reaching out. ...Like Belong, we also use parts of the Telstra Mobile Network that covers more than 98.8% of the population with 3G and 97.9% of the population with 4G. Whilst you should not have these kinds of issues on this Network, it is possible that if you are having them now, they may continue with a Pennytel Mobile service. However, if you did want to port your service over to us and the issue continues, we could investigate and work towards getting this resolved for you. Kind Regards, Pennytel
