Service with AAAAA Plus
Have now been with Pennytel for 4mths & I do not have 1 regret or complaint, no dropouts, data speeds are excellent! Was with Optus for at least 8 yrs & Pennytel's coverage & speeds are every bit as good, plus 5 times(!) the data allowance for $20 less per mth. & they send you a "thank you" email for paying your bill! One happy little vegemite here!!
A complete opposite to Telstra
The phone is only a secondary one and not often used but never had a problem with coverage. Telstra's minimum monthly plan was $44 for this phone. Must want to get rid of customers.
The service is really good and as others have said the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at the Telstra Business Centre are good but the rest are hopeless. Any issues or problems are ignored or you get the run around before being ignored. Will consider swapping my other devices to Pennytel when my current Telstra plans are up.
Moved from major telco, haven't looked back
In a major overhaul of my finances, I looked at ways of saving on my mobile bills. I own my handset so just needed my calls included and enough data to not stress about running out. I took up the 4GB plan and after three months changed to the 2GB. I love the fact I can 'duck and weave' easily between plans and the fact there are no lock-in contracts. I haven't had to call Pennytel, so can't comment on their customer service. The app is great. So far so good! Recommended.

G'day, very interested in bringing two mobile numbers to Pennytel, we have our own handsets. 1) after agreeing with you on packages what else do we have to do ? 2) can we change packages at any time ? 3) whats involved in arranging international roaming? 4) do you accept Amex card ?. Thanks. Russ.
How do I sort out a problem when the phone dos not work and I cant log in and your password reset dos not work

I have no 3G connection I can not receive or make calls. I can not call you to fix the problem, I can not reset my password. I have been waiting now for over 26 hours and have finally received a response telling me to weighting over an hour a go now. I have a Telstra booster displaying 4 to 5 bars and none on my phone I have tried a different phone, same crap. I have a 91 year old mother with miled dim ensure 2200 km away that I have not been able to ring for 2 weeks and I don't know whether she is alive or dead. I have a business that has ground to a stop and I get no response to fix the problem.
