Complaints.... they never get back to you
I have been buying vouchers for years now. I love the accommodation options offered.
However, if you have any sort of complaint, don't expect a response anytime soon.
I purchased numerous vouchers, they took days to receive and when I finally did receive them, they had the wrong expiry date and one was for the wrong hotel. After numerous emails and phone calls Basia finally got back to me and sorted it out.

Perfect way to take a deposit & have no times available.
No times available. no-Dec-Jan. Please check March/April 2019. Rang 8 days ago, no reply.e-mail 5x days ago, no reply. All they wanted to do was have us `buy`-up to a better unit for more $$$. Have used them before & they were ok. but never again & will inform ever one we know.
If I could give them '0' stars I would.
Clearly we've been scammed. Purchased holiday vouchers with this company for Imagine Marco in Melbourne. Were told that we may not receive the vouchers straight away as they send 1000 plus emails daily so there is a back log. 8 weeks later still no vouchers. The phone number they gave rings out, or you leave a message and no one gets back to you. They asked if I could give them the names of any family or friends that would be interested, so glad I didn't do that. Also, when I got off the phone I checked out Imagine Marco and their rates was cheaper than what this company offered.
I too am still waiting for my voucher to arrive, really sorry to admit I fell for it.
This company should be shut down if this is what they do!
Will not send my Vouchers or refund my money
Personal phone call - my son was recommended & received his Vouchers but I booked 2 & received nothing - need to take Legal Action too Ruse - Scam !!

we had waited for so long for a reply and vouchers but could never get in touch with a real person. not sure what the current status is but tired of an answering machine. Have heard other people had better luck than me.
Beware of dealing with this company
Booked 2 packages to Blue Mountains & Gold Coast via telephone on the 29th Jan 2018, they rang me trying to make a sale and I thought it sounded good but now I want to say don't use this company. They were quick to take the deposit within 5 minutes of the phone call but slow to send vouchers out. In fact, at the time of writing this review, I still haven't received my vouchers, I have been waiting 5 days and they promised they would be emailed. So then I try and call them to follow up on my vouchers and I can't get through to anyone, just con...tinually goes to voicemail. There is no email, nothing. I leave a message and no-one returns your call. I have nothing to show for my $168 deposit. They just rush through the phone call, quick to make a sale and take your money and then nothing, no confirmation email, no vouchers as yet, no follow up, can't get through. Instead of it being a pleasant experience and being a satisfied customer, I am left feeling frustrated and anxious all over the weekend and just have to wait till Monday to hopefully speak to someone if I can get through. The vouchers should be emailed within 48 hrs of paying the deposit. I won't be booking any holiday packages again with them, it's just not worth the hassle. I would prefer to pay a little extra and go straight to booking.com.
Cannot reach them!
I purchased the voucher for Ramada Shoal Bay Resort for $95 deposit on the 30th of November 2016. I've still not received the vouchers! I've tried calling over the last 2 weeks and left messages on 3 different numbers and no one has returned my calls! All I want is the vouchers I paid for or my money back!
Don't get ripped off
It's almost embarrassing to write this review as I regard myself as a highly educated person but we too have fallen for this scam. It sounded nice, in an area that we were interested in so we paid the deposit to ensure we could secure accommodation at the price they quoted. They sent me receipts and paperwork, everything seemed fine. They provide you with a phone number to ring when you have decided on dates. Unfortunately no one answers the phone at that number. Please do not be scammed by this company.
Beware, scam and rip off artists
I normally don't review things and give companies benefit of the doubt but after my experience with perfect shortbreaks I feel its my duty to warn others about it. Perfect shortbreaks called me getting my number from a friend. They use a hard sell tactic offering hotels at supposedly discount rates. When I asked what the terms and conditions are I was told there are none and that's what makes it so great. I was also told they only have a hundred deals on offer so stupidly I payed a deposit and signed to the deal. They also ask for others people...details so they can also offer them this 'great deal". Upon receiving my hotel vouchers I found a heap of terms and conditions including lots of block out dates. Upon further investigation I found it was actually cheaper to book the hotel through any of the online hotel websites and the price that perfect shortbreaks was selling it at was not in fact discounted. Upon contacting perfect shortbreaks telling them I was mislead they agreed to a refund but not before trying to offer me a further discount to keep me locked in. I have since been waiting months for a refund and to date I still am yet to receive anything and everytime I call I get given the run around. Beware they also operate under other names such as getaway breaks, etc...

Can you please advise if I can still purchase vouchers for accommodation.
I feel like the staff employed to sell vouchers hound you until you give in, but nobody ever responds the first time when there is a problem. Sometimes it takes three or four emails to get a response....It doesn't make for good business practice in my opinion, especially considering the power of social media these days and word of mouth.
Where is the head office of Perfect Short Breaks? We need to speak to somebody in charge to ask questions of other avatars other than The Boathouse Tea Garden. We can’t get [name removed] for help. We have been customers of this compaNy for over 10 years and this is the first time I’m having a problem booking elsewhere
