Happy Customer here - and some advice
We booked two vouchers for six nights last January at Ramada Shoal Bay. The key is to check that you can use the vouchers on the dates you want at the Resort. Do that before you buy the vouchers. It's simple buyer beware stuff really. If you've done your homework and the dates line up it works out to be a fantastic deal! Huge savings and we've had nothing but great customer service from them. Very happy customer here!

Can you please advise if I can still purchase vouchers for accommodation.
I feel like the staff employed to sell vouchers hound you until you give in, but nobody ever responds the first time when there is a problem. Sometimes it takes three or four emails to get a response....It doesn't make for good business practice in my opinion, especially considering the power of social media these days and word of mouth.
Where is the head office of Perfect Short Breaks? We need to speak to somebody in charge to ask questions of other avatars other than The Boathouse Tea Garden. We can’t get [name removed] for help. We have been customers of this compaNy for over 10 years and this is the first time I’m having a problem booking elsewhere
