It worked – I have tried different kind of baits for my roach infested house . Nothing worked . One of my friend recommended it . After a week or so , all the roaches vanished . It has been a year since my house is cockroach free . I am very happy with this product

Do not buy, it doesent work – Waste of money, has no effect on German Cockroaches in my kitchen! They didnt even touch it, just crawled past the bait as observed a number of times. Not worth the $35.00, try something different

Wiped out a resistant German cockroach infestation – I had an infestation where dozens of cockroaches would crawl around in the kitchen and living room and even more behind fridges. I tried Raid and Mortein baits and they both failed to do anything. These products contain indoxacarb which was found to be useless. I wanted to try a better bait that used a different type of pesticide due to possible resistance.

Pestxpert contains abamectin and interestingly, a second ingredient called pyriproxyfen, a type of IGR which isn't found in other baits. It stops the development of nymphs to adults and renders them infertile.

The gel was easy enough to apply with the syringe in small spots around infested areas such as cupboard corners, under the bench edges and around holes. After a few days there was no real effect. A week later there were dead and dying roaches everywhere. A few months after a clean up, the previously infested areas had no living roaches and only a few dead ones. I didn't even need to use cockroach spray.

Overall I think spending a bit more money on a professional product is worth it just for the results. If other pesticide baits don't work, then this will.

2020 update - still no infestation, only sighted a few dead ones after applying twice every 12 months. The other review says it doesn't work, however your home needs to be very clean especially behind large appliances and no items in the sink so the roaches have nothing to eat except the bait.
