Substandard products have made my dogs sick
I have purchased 2x from pet circle, once to buy blackhawk pet food and a second time for their own brand instinctive bite. The blackhawk made my dogs sick and it was only after googling it that I found there was a known issue with the food (or at least a batch from that variety), pet circle didn’t contact me to let me know and instead waited for me to reach out. They could have saved my dogs some days of being unwell had they have been proactive in writing to customer who had purchased that particular product. I thought the issue was due to me...switching foods so had been persisting thinking my dogs would get used to it. Recently I thought I’d give them another chance and purchased their their own brand food. Again, my dogs got sick after eating this food for a few days. I read the reviews a few days ago in detail and found a number of people have had the same issue yet per circle are still selling these products. This is made worse by the fact they are now only offering me a credit (after originally offering me a refund). I don’t feel comfortable to keep experimenting when it comes to my dogs health and would rather stick to a brand I trust (even if it does mean I have to travel to a pet store that’s not local to me to get it). Given pet circle don’t sell this product a credit is not helpful to me. It’s unfortunate they don’t understand this, especially after what their products have done to my dogs.

stay away from this business, we thought we would try them out & paid for 1 x 20kg bag of dog food we paid via our credit card. the courier dumped the box of 20kg food at the end of our driveway (so anyone could of stole it) lucky it was still there in the afternoon. then 3-4 weeks later we get delivery email saying that we are sending out another 20kg bag of dog food, so we checked our bank account & noticed $100 has been taken out. we emailed them several times, theres no phone number to call & the last email from them said that when courier ...comes today 11/05/2020 to just DONT EXCEPT delivery & once its returned to pet circle they would issue a full refund. now I just got an email today saying that they wont be issuing a full refund & will only give us a $100 credit, ive told them several times to cancel our account & we don't want to purchase anything from this company again. please be aware we may have to take legal action for a $100 note pathetic..
Good prices and fast delivery
I have purchased from Pet Circle many times, always a smooth transaction and fast delivery. Recently I saw a product elsewhere at a slightly cheaper price. Pet Circle were happy to price match. Again a smooth transaction and fast delivery. Good product, good service.
Auto-delivery - major rip off
Set up an auto-delivery for 6kg of Advance cat biscuits to come every 6-7 weeks almost a year ago (July) for $49.40. They are still advertised for $49.40. Have just realised that EVERY transaction, including the first, has been charged either $56 or $57! Spoke to 2 different customer service staff today and both simply advised their "prices fluctuate. At Pet Circle, we never confirm prices" yet I receive an email a week prior advising my delivery is coming next week and will cost $49.40! Pet Circle...why are you ripping me off?????

Being judged and denied based on the address and credit card number being used and being denied the promotion. Whilst the promotion code may state that it is one per household it doesn’t take into consideration that you can multiple pet owners in the one home.
We also happen to share a bank but this does not mean they are the same owners!
Sending this type of email is highly inappropriate and takes on an accusatory approach.

Bad customer service, any canceled auto delivery can be reactivated, chasing stolen funds
Whilst you may save a few dollars by purchasing of petcircle, I’d recommend that you purchase from a local shop.
I organised an auto delivery, the first delivery took two weeks to arrive and it was too much dog food, so I canceled the 12 week auto delivery. When I was needing Dog food again, I put through a smaller order for food. Unbeknownst to me this activated the original order so now I have so much dog food being sent to me, and petcircle have taken money out of my account that I did not expect to loose, this has placed some financial st...ruggle on my family. I’m a essential services worker, I am tired and I was told by the chat service that I can not speak to anyone over the phone. So now the order has been canceled, I have been refused a refund of $276.00 and there is no way for me to contact any one via phone to settle this.
I didn't realise my order had shipped from different warehouses so I contacted customer service when only half arrived. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful, and assured me the second box was still en route. All arrived in good time, would definitely buy from again.
Unreliable, delivery is so much slower than it used to be.
This is the second consecutive time I have received an email from Pet Circle saying my order is on its way and the following week an email stating that our "Suppliers are out of stock". You either have the stock or you do not?
The house panther loves Ivory Coat
We ordered Ivory Coat wet and dry cat food for our black house panther. From the list of products, prices, reviews and ease of use website right down to the fast delivery, Pet Circle has now eclipsed our now previous online store for said house panther.
It has more of a range to choose from, easier to navigate site, cheaper pricing for the same If not similar products and super fast delivery interstate.
Questions & Answers
On 20 April 2020, I paid $62.85 for 5 kg packs of GOLDEN COB Finch Mix, 5KG. However, I have not received them, any email nor any tracking. These packets are now showing as being for less at $18.39 each. A week ago, I notified Pet Circle of this missing order but have not received any response. I am again requesting someone at Pet Circle to look into this for me. My card account for this transaction was emailed. Previous requests references are Untitled tickets 1481848, 1481850, 1481852.
