Buyer beware, buy from someone who cares about customers
Ordered two dog bowls that were posted to me, both leak. Contacted the shop via email and was told to return to them. Asked if they found the bowls to be faulty would I get a refund on the shipping to and from and also the bowls. Have emailed again two more times with no response. I have not sent the bowls back as if they do not refund the shipping both ways I am out of pocket $23.90 with no bowls. They do not care about their customers and it shows in their ratings.

Great service, best price on what I bought (bought two price was so good and free delivery) arrived promptly in 10days given covid delivery delays very happy customer and I will use this shop again.

Issue with courier wanting extra money, Pet Homes jumped in immediately and covered the extra charge no fuss. Great pricing, great service, great product. Definitely recommend to anyone needing anything for their pets

Given time to Collect, 1 hour 10 min latter served. Timber split where screws are, was told it must of been way I transported and not willing to do anything

Could not believe how well priced all of their products are. Much cheaper than any pet store.
Live 100klm away from there shop. Ordered Monday got it next day.
