Fast and efficient customer service
I returned an item and lost track of the order status. When I emailed through customer support was very prompt and super helpful in resending the emails I needed. Easy to deal with and a nice interaction even though my outfit choice wasn't a success- Thank's Fiona!

I ordered a few dresses for my sisters wedding when I receive them they were very different colours and quality to the picture. I’m so disheartened. I am in the process of sending them back now and after reading other peoples reviews I am terrified of how this will play out. I have spent a considerable amount of money with this website and it appears that they do not offer refunds only store credit, which I feel needs to be very clear to the consumer before and as they are buying from this website - not written in tiny writing and ...trapping their customers. when I emailed the company informing them I wish to return my items and to ask for some more clarity on the refund process they simply told me my refund will be emailed to me and to check my junk folder - how can you email a refund? Store credit is NOT a refund. If I’m returning items I do not want store credit - I want my money back. *update* this entire process has cost me money. Whilst the messages have been very nice, they’ve also been very unhelpful. I have 0 product and a lot of stress. Here is the only proof of purchase I can provide as I’ve sent everything back. I’m now having to phone my bank and citizens advice bureau to come to some resolution to actually get my money back. I’ve lost out on a large amount of money. I feel so silly for not reading reviews, don’t make my mistake!
Petal and pup customer service
I recently purchased over $500 worth of items and silly me not reading the returns policy I thought I was able to get a refund. Unfortunately this was not apart of their return policy. The items I purchased were all a 6 or Xs. I explained to Sophie from customer service that I didn’t fit into anything (I normally float between a 4 and a 6. Sophie replied so quickly and I was so impressed with her response, concluding that she would be able to Offer me a refund in this case. I was so impressed with the customer service I received and I would recommend petal and pup to all my family and friends!!
Very poor quality dress, completely see-through. I paid $68.90 including shipping and the returns policy states I would need to pay a return fee. For the price I paid I expected good quality material. I won't be shopping with this brand again.

I've shopped with Petal and Pup quite a few times before, many times successfully but unfortunately occasionally I have gotten my sizing wrong. In these instances I have always found the customer service team have gone above and beyond to help out with returns - they have always been super prompt with responses to emails and like to make sure you're 100% happy with your product - really takes the stress out of online shopping. I saw the dress I went on to purchase on a lady about my size at the beach last weekend.
As I do, I asked her if she would mind telling me where she bought her lovely dress etc. She told me about your website.
I went online, found her dress and several others I also really liked.
I should have purchased it on the day, as there was a $10 off discount!
I trawled through the site, and picked 2 dresses. Though I could easily have bought several!

I have found this store to be easy to deal with. I received my order in no time but unfortunately it was too big for me. I returned it and within 10 days I received my credit, thank you so much and look forward to continue shopping with them.

Great customer service
I ordered a dress which was not the right fit and returned it. I received a credit note which expired. Due to covid and lockdown there was really no point in me purchasing any of their beautiful clothes with nowhere to wear it. I asked if they were to able to extend the credit note for a month or so and Fiona replied promptly with an offer to extend for 6 months! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Hi, I was just wondering in Patal and Pup is true to size?? I just purchased a colourful pair of pants and would be disappointed if they were too small.

Generally speaking, most garments run true to size however please keep in mind we always recommend checking each garment's individual flat lay measurements which are listed in their product description box. This is because we stock styles from a variety of suppliers so sizes may not be exact to the size guide. I ordered a dress on Sunday and it is now Friday and I have no received a dispatch email. I live in Australia so I thought it would have been sent by now? Is this normal? I have emails petal and pup about my issue as well!
