Good quality clothing considering the prices. I like the variety of designs, colour options and the fit of the two dresses that I received. I received my order within 2 days, however, one had a faulty zipper. Fiona from the customer service team was incredible!! Arranged for a speedy refund and was an absolute delight to deal with! Love the design but I’d say they’re on the large side. I’m petit and it’s not easy for me to shop for something suitable. However, customer service is great - super responsive and helpful! Poor Quality & Customer Service
Very disappointed. I am happy to pay $60 for good quality pants (not including shipping) however they were anything but. I was then told that I needed to return the dress (even though I ordered pants) for a credit note. The elastic was completely worn after one use and cannot be repurposed unless new elastic is added. As I wore the pants I cannot return them with the return slip as clearly, after wearing them, I disposed of it. The emails are clearly not personalised whatsoever and the standard form creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. I will not be purchasing again and will advice my followers against doing so also. Great online shop, check out is great to use, the clothes themselves are really well prices for such good quality. Everyone comments on my linen pieces all the time so they do have nice pieces. The only issue was I spent $750 on my first shop without realising (my fault) there was ZERO refunds just exchanges but after spending $750 this was literally half the shop and I didnt want anything else.Had to pay also for return freight 3 times and get 3 credits because buying online, who knows if it will look good or not.
They are a successful brand, it would show more faith and confidence if they offered refunds for original condition pieces.
I would recommend to all my friends and I do - I really love their clothing. Show details

The website should be easier to navigate, should be one page so that it’s easier and faster to look through all styles instead of several pages and having to click next or previous.Returns should be free. Terrible Refund and Return Policy
P&P have a terrible refund and return policy. You can only receive a credit voucher for items you would like to return. Exchange items you also need to factor in shipping costs. I ordered 4 items in one order, over $300, qualifying for free shipping. Loved all items, however the jeans were a bit loose around my stomach as they’re high wasted. I am normally a Size 10, but because of the shape I need a Size 9.I emailed about exchanging the Size 10 for the Size 9, to which I was told they do not offer exchanges, and I would have to return the jeans for a credit note, and then buy the jeans in the right size again. The jeans are $79.95, so won’t qualify for free shipping. So not only will I have to pay for the jeans to b... Read moree returned in the first place, I will have to pay for shipping of the new jeans to be sent to me...even though my original order was three times to get free shipping. When I expressed that I was worried I would return the Size 10s and the right size would sell out in the meantime while I was waiting for the credit, I was told to buy the jeans now so I didn’t miss out. Really disappointed that there seems to be no loyalty to customers to ensure they’re happy with the product, and not expect them to just outlay additional money. Not buyer friendly at all.
