I ordered a few dresses for my sisters wedding when I receive them they were very different colours and quality to the picture. I’m so disheartened. I am in the process of sending them back now and after reading other peoples reviews I am terrified of how this will play out. I have spent a considerable amount of money with this website and it appears that they do not offer refunds only store credit, which I feel needs to be very clear to the consumer before and as they are buying from this website - not written in tiny writing and ...trapping their customers. when I emailed the company informing them I wish to return my items and to ask for some more clarity on the refund process they simply told me my refund will be emailed to me and to check my junk folder - how can you email a refund? Store credit is NOT a refund. If I’m returning items I do not want store credit - I want my money back. *update* this entire process has cost me money. Whilst the messages have been very nice, they’ve also been very unhelpful. I have 0 product and a lot of stress. Here is the only proof of purchase I can provide as I’ve sent everything back. I’m now having to phone my bank and citizens advice bureau to come to some resolution to actually get my money back. I’ve lost out on a large amount of money. I feel so silly for not reading reviews, don’t make my mistake!

Great customer service
Love the design but I’d say they’re on the large side. I’m petit and it’s not easy for me to shop for something suitable. However, customer service is great - super responsive and helpful! It would be great though if customers have the option of cash refund or store credit that doesn’t expire.

Bad Costumer Service: Poor quality in clothes
The quality of the clothes were pretty bad material, cheaply made. I returned all of my items a month ago and still have yet to receive even an email back or a credit to my account. I am really disappointed, I wish I could have my money back instead of store credit. Ii would probably never shop here again and warn you from doing the same.

I made multiple purchases in one order and the material of the dresses I received were not as what they showed, described and looked like on the site: it looked cheap and flimsy and the size was way off even though it was the size I usually always wear. I sent quite a number of emails about this to the company to no avail; it was my fault that I had misunderstood the material-type.
I returned the product on the same day as delivery and to my surprise received st...ore credit. Little did I know that this store credit was only valid for 6 months. The problem with a store credit expiry to a store that permanently has sold out of every item you want is that you can hardly make a purchase of anything! Hence, all of my money expired. Gone to Petal & Pup for nothing. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that a large online company has such a terrible return policy and store credit expiry. Not good. Very disappointed customer. Will definitely not be back again.
Ver poor quality
I have purchased on two occasions from Petal & Pup.
On both occasions I have found the quality to be poor.
The last purchase I purchased 3 dress for the Maldives. One of them did not even last 1 wear with all the elastic giving way during dinner at a beautiful restaurant.
The other item after the second wash, the fabric frade.
The quality of the fabric is cheap, the make of the items are cheap also.
After contacting the company regarding my disappointing experiences with their product, there response was less then satisfactory.
Cheap not Quality
I bought two things from this store but ended up sending them back. Poor quality of fabric and over priced for what you get. No refunds just vouchers for returns.

Terrible Refund and Return Policy
P&P have a terrible refund and return policy. You can only receive a credit voucher for items you would like to return. Exchange items you also need to factor in shipping costs. I will not shop with P&P again for the shear inconvenience if an item is not quite right.

Won’t use again
You get store credit (not a refund) when you return items and you have to pay return postage costs. Not worth the risk when most of the clothes are not true to size anyway!

Not happy with the quality and the refund policy
Made the order last week and got the 3 outfits the next day. Was pleasantly surprised with the prompt delivery but was quickly disappointed with all 3 of them. The quality of 2 of the outfits were poor and the 3rd one was so ill-fitting... One of outfit didn't even look much like the picture on the website, and looked like a cheaper version of the same. I read their return policy as I didn't want to keep any of the outfits and wanted to return. But was upset that they can only offer store credit. Its 2019 and nearly most of the stores especially online ones offer refunds as they want to keep their customers. Now, I feel I will be stuck with the store credits as I am very reluctant to buy anything from them :(
Nasty returns and exchange policy
I ordered 4 items in one order, over $300, qualifying for free shipping. Loved all items, however the jeans were a bit loose around my stomach as they’re high wasted. I am normally a Size 10, but because of the shape I need a Size 9.
I emailed about exchanging the Size 10 for the Size 9, to which I was told they do not offer exchanges, and I would have to return the jeans for a credit note, and then buy the jeans in the right size again. Second poor returns experience from petal and pup. Partially credited for a return and when questions the returns rep inferred (both times) that their stock levels were right and I must have forgot to include it in the returns parcel. Incredibly poor and questionable service, if your returning take photos or something. Dodgy. Didn’t follow up the first instance because I honestly couldn’t be bothered!
