It’s hard to find online businesses that take pride in their customer service. I had an issue with one of pieces I purchased, petal and pup have resolved this issue so promptly and with ease for myself.

I've bought off here multiple times and it's great. Some items may not be as good as others but I just go off what the reviews say.

The sizing is pretty spot on there's only been one item where it did not fit me. There is a good selection of clothing.

The customer service is amazing! They are super friendly, respond back quickly and were very accommodating to my requests. They also dispatch orders pretty fast.

On top of having amazing delivery times, Petal and Pup have such a great the return process on their website! Larger clothing stores that have been around forever don’t even have such a user-friendly, streamlined online return system. So helpful!

Incredible customer service and easy returns! I swapped a few dresses for a wedding and they were very flexible and accommodating!

While the range, marketing and customer service is second to none, the quality is abysmal. The material is cheap, mostly synthetic. The stitching is sloppy. And if you are lucky enough to find something that looks decent, you'd probably only get limited wear out of it. The products look way better on the website than they do online, its a real expectations vs reality fail situation. Its also disappointing that the models are a size 6-8, I think the owners need to consider the diversity of shape and size that they might be catering to. I bought two dresses and ended up returning both. I wish money back was still an option because I'd really rather not have to try a third item, I'm tempted to just part with the store credit and call it a day!

I had a slight issue with a lovely dress I bought. I emailed re getting a replacement and Carla replied almost immediately. I was so impressed by her swift, friendly and informative answers to my emails. Carla was so professional and a credit to the business! I would definitely shop with Petal and Pup again. Thank you!

I recently ordered some dresses over Xmas after following store for a while now and I must say that all the dresses looked fabulous all. The fit was true to size and the material was good too and matched the description perfectly. But what I am absolutely blown away with us their customer service. One of the dresses I bought was not as per description and as soon as I contacted the customer service my enquiry was dealt promptly and I was sent a return label to return the dress.
