Cons outweight pros???
I really liked majority of the clothes and the ease in use of the website so I thought with same day delivery if ordered before 10am, I may aswell. I ordered a dress and didn't like it so lodged a return and had to pay $10 which is way too high in my opinion. Secondly, making most dresses $99 and then offering free freight over $100 is cruel. Trying to find anything under $10 is also pretty much impossible. My return was processed the next day after posting for a store credit which is actually really good but why wouldnt you offer refunds? I o...bviously had to buy another dress because I had a store credit.. Again, had to buy a nasty $5 clearance necklace (literally all they had that was less than $10 on the website) but it did come same day and this dress is a lot better than the previous one however I am only keeping it instead of swapping it for yet another one because I refuse to spend $30 on just sending/trying the dresses on... Seem money hungry, and for this purpose I will not be shopping from here again.
I've ordered a few items off this site and usually fits well, I order size 12 just to be safe, I'm normally a 10. A top I ordered came and it doesn't even fit through my arms and the quality is terrible. I paid 60 for this top. I don't even want to return it because it looks like they offer another replacement instead of refunding your money. Never again
First time buyer
First time using Petal & Pup and definitely intend to use again. Satisfied with the lovely items I bought, unfortunately had to return one to be exchanged. The return process was easy to navigate and when some delays occurred, the team was very responsive and eager to assist. Everyone I spoke with or was involved in the process was friendly and helpful.
I ordered a dress that has a beautiful design but unfortunately had very poor stitching and threads were opening up. I contacted customer service and they were happy to pay for a return label and send out a new one. A week and a half later they received the old dress and I received a new one.
Again poor poor stitching and opening threads. It looked very similar to the dress I returned back to them but I can´t be sure. I didn´t want to go through the hassle again emailing back and forth but I still let them know that the new dress has the same ...
Excellent Customer Service, Ok quality
P&P has really cute clothes but the prices are too high in my opinion. To be quite fair, every piece of clothing regardless of retailer is marked-up dramatically! I do think that their sizes are slightly inconsistent depending on the item but they have made a solid effort to note when items fit smaller or larger than expected. I have only ordered twice - once earlier in the year and once in the last week. I do think the quality of the clothes seems much lower since my original order. In my recent order, some of the clothes had a strong chemical...scent, hems were not consistent, threads coming undone, or very sheer. I think the inconsistent quality and chemical odor is typical of any large-scale production out of China, perhaps they have switched manufacturers. I can't comment on the life of the clothes as we're still working from home and limited activities where I live due to COVID, so I haven't worn or washed them as I would normally. Their customer service is excellent as other reviewers have noted. I have always been extremely satisfied with the quick turnaround time for shipping, contact for service issues, and return credits. I do wish they offered free return shipping but I understand that this leads to many items being returned in poor condition (worn, stained, etc.). All in all it's a very nice site with really sweet employees! They do have sales very often. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a cute outfit < $100 USD.
I am not one to write reviews but on this occasion i am gob-smacked, i purchased a dress and upsized two sized as i really wanted a lovely flowing dress, instead the dress was tight and didn't even fit my size 12 co worker. I ordered a XXL. Only to then she they offer store credits! i will never shop her again why offer store credits only. You are an online store. Terrible experience. I have emailed the company directly with my disappointment.
Poor Customer Service
Petal and Pup sent me a dress that absolutely reeked of foul perfume and body odour. It had clearly been worn and then returned. I wonder why they allowed it to be resold. Anyway. I had to email them four times to arrange for a postage return label so I could send the item back. Almost three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.....would not recommend and would not purchase here again. Their returns policy is also not great. Credit notes, not refunds, for an online store where you can't try things on is poor form in this day and age.

• Poor quality clothing
• Never true to size
• No refund available, only a credit note that is valid for 6 months after purchase
• All photos on their site/social media are photoshopped and the clothing you see is NOT what will be delivered !!
• Comments made on social media about their clothes are often deleted. You can tell when there are only 3 positive comments under a photo when they have that many “followers” on social media. Their followers are all bought !
• Please don’t waste your money on petal and pup - they are a scam !
I would buy with them again
I bought a dress that doesn’t fit at all, also I didn’t like the material. I requested a return label + refund and Friona assisted me with a lovely attitude. I believe the company is trying to offer a better service and I would definitely buy with them again.
Saddened by the management of exchanges/returns
I bought two items from petal and pup, kept one and wanted to return the other. I would have been happy with store credit bc I love the items on your site! I returned (and paid for)the item but go no response from the Petal and Pup team in regards to a credit note. I emailed them twice and got no return and I’m very disappointed. I won’t be buying from you guys again! Sorry

I ordered a few dresses for my sisters wedding when I receive them they were very different colours and quality to the picture. I’m so disheartened. I am in the process of sending them back now and after reading other peoples reviews I am terrified of how this will play out. I have spent a considerable amount of money with this website and it appears that they do not offer refunds only store credit, which I feel needs to be very clear to the consumer before and as they are buying from this website - not written in tiny writing and ...trapping their customers. when I emailed the company informing them I wish to return my items and to ask for some more clarity on the refund process they simply told me my refund will be emailed to me and to check my junk folder - how can you email a refund? Store credit is NOT a refund. If I’m returning items I do not want store credit - I want my money back. *update* this entire process has cost me money. Whilst the messages have been very nice, they’ve also been very unhelpful. I have 0 product and a lot of stress. Here is the only proof of purchase I can provide as I’ve sent everything back. I’m now having to phone my bank and citizens advice bureau to come to some resolution to actually get my money back. I’ve lost out on a large amount of money. I feel so silly for not reading reviews, don’t make my mistake!
Don’t Shop Here! Clothes lack quality!
I was a loyal customer of petal pup but found the quality of the clothing slowly deteriorating. Over time the clothes quickly fell apart and when I received a faulty dress, customer service were unresponsive. The last faulty item I sent back was supposedly refused and returned to me, but I didn’t receive it in the mail and petal and pup did not offer tracking details. They now cancel all my orders and seemingly blocked me from shopping there (not that I want to anymore) The thing is, the photos and super skinny models can make their clothes look ok on the website but when you receive them they are cheaply made and flimsy. I don’t recommend shopping here.
Very poor quality dress, completely see-through. I paid $68.90 including shipping and the returns policy states I would need to pay a return fee. For the price I paid I expected good quality material. I won't be shopping with this brand again.

I am appalled at this company
I have tried to return several items and had to pay $15 to return each of those items separately. I still haven't received a response in relation to where my refund or credit note is at and I have sent 5 emails to this company so far. The material is so cheap and the quality is poor for their clothing.
