Great site for clothes and dresses.
I bought the Bambina dress in Olive which is amazing and flattering, so I decided to get another Bambina dress in black but unfortunately the quality of this one is bad. The seam fell apart after one wear which is disappointing considering the first dress is great.
Contacted Petal and Pup and they were great about sorting out the dress. In the end I sent the dress back for a refund. Would of liked an exchange but unfortunately the dress is sold out. Happy to purchase it again when it comes back in stock.

All the clothing looks amazing online. HOWEVER, be aware that if you don't like what you have purchased and want to return it, you will be out of pocket:

$10 postage you pay to receive the items (if under $100)
$10 postage to send item(s) back to them
$9.95 restocking fee

I essentially paid $30 to try on a dress I don't want. And they don't offer refunds, so I'm stuck with a credit note to potentially go through that expensive process again. There are too many other options online which offer free returns to bother risking losing money buying through Petal & Pup. Yes, I know their returns policy is clearly stated on their website, but for those who are considering buying and don’t know their returns policy yet - BEWARE.

Due to sizing I had to return my items and despite the returns policy being a credit, I was given a full refund on request by the very helpful staff

Always love the clothes from Petal and Pup, good price and style. However their returns policy is really disappointing. Navigating a return on their website is hard to do and it took over 24 hours for a returns label to be emailed to me. I was charged $9.95 for the return! I feel this is alot considering I was returning a $50 item. I will now reconsider buying from Petal and Pup again and choose other suppliers that offer low or no cost returns.

P&P has really cute clothes but the prices are too high in my opinion. To be quite fair, every piece of clothing regardless of retailer is marked-up dramatically! I do think that their sizes are slightly inconsistent depending on the item but they have made a solid effort to note when items fit smaller or larger than expected. I have only ordered twice - once earlier in the year and once in the last week. I do think the quality of the clothes seems much lower since my original order. In my recent order, some of the clothes had a strong chemical...

I bought four items from Petal and Pup just over a month ago. 2 of the four items have already fallen apart. I bought the ‘Cisco’ top in beige and the seams completely fell apart after my second wear and it hadn’t even been put in the washing machine yet! I am a tiny person and bought a S/M so there is absolutely no reason the seams should have come apart and unstitched. It is completely unwearable now, which is a shame because I absolutely loved the top. As for the other item, I bought a pair of earrings and they too broke. Luckily I was able to fix those, but the top unfortunately not. I would expect this to happen to a top I had worn for months or years not for a top i’d worn only twice.

Good quality clothing considering the prices. I like the variety of designs, colour options and the fit of the two dresses that I received. I received my order within 2 days, however, one had a faulty zipper. Fiona from the customer service team was incredible!! Arranged for a speedy refund and was an absolute delight to deal with! I will definitely shop with Petal and Pup again, mainly because of how amazing Fiona was :)

Update: in the process of getting a refund. Laura has gone above and beyond to help in returning the item immediately.

Happy with the dresses I bought although both were on the short side even for my height. Went to wash one, followed the instructions and was disappointed to see it shrunk to the point where I couldn't wear it out again.

Clothing is all random sizes & you can’t get a refund, only store credit.

I ordered a S and 8 in various pairs of pants and they are huge! I’m usually a 8-10 so a S shouldn’t be falling off me. I also accidentally ordered a size 6 in a top (my fault) which I couldn’t get over my head. Going by the pants size you would think a 6 would be a better size.

I spent quite a lot and now I have a store voucher from my refund which I won’t using. Pretty bad not offering refunds on an internet clothing brand. Sad I spent so much in my first order.

Won’t be using again.

I recently bought a dress from here and then later returned it, and customer service was above and beyond, helping me with my order and getting back to me asap! will definitely order from here again! also they have very cute clothes...

I have always found the customer service to be lovely , timely , positive and helpful in all dealings I have had with Petal and Pup. The most recent was with Jake.

Shopping was quick and easy and the dress is quite similar to advertised, however for the top range price I was expecting great quality rather than cheap mass produced rubbish. Sizing also quite small and has random not ‘petal and pup’ labels

They have great clothes. Good variety. Very few sales. Would love a sale or free returns policy. Quick delivery and ease of ordering. Sizing is true to size. Will shop again.

Very poor quality in material and sizing is different with every order hard to keep track on what size you should be ordering large small medium all different won’t order again
