Poor quality :(
I first saw Petal & Pup on an Instagram feed and it all looked really pretty and stylish, I got the impression that it is good quality, trendy clothing but I am quite disappointed with the quality. I ordered a PU leather jacket, a cardigan and a playsuit. The PU leather jacket looks okay, but it is very shiny and it has a a bad smell. The cardigan had a dangly button, I had to sew it back properly before even wearing it. The playsuit I'll admit is up to scratch, but I don't think I'll buy here again unfortunately, I paid a lot of money for these items and I feel ripped off. After reading that they only offer store credit, I'm not sure there is much hope of getting my money back. What a waste of my splurge money :(

Only buy if you KNOW the item is perfect
All the clothing looks amazing online. HOWEVER, be aware that if you don't like what you have purchased and want to return it, you will be out of pocket:
$10 postage you pay to receive the items (if under $100)
$10 postage to send item(s) back to them
$9.95 restocking fee
I essentially paid $30 to try on a dress I don't want. And they don't offer refunds, so I'm stuck with a credit note to potentially go through that expensive process again. There are too many other options online which offer free returns to bother risking losing money buying through Petal & Pup. Yes, I know their returns policy is clearly stated on their website, but for those who are considering buying and don’t know their returns policy yet - BEWARE.

Read more things up. Like most companies, there is a shipping cost paid to have the order shipped to you. For our company, this cost is $8.95, is included in the total cost at checkout and is non-refundable. When a return is processed and a store credit issued, this amount is for the total cost of the item less the initial shipping cost which is $8.95 for orders under $100 for AU customers. Should there be a need to return, there is a cost for return shipping. For our company, this cost is $9.95 and is paid separately at the time the return request is submitted. This amount is also non-refundable. We do try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers by providing this flat rate and paying the remainder of the shipping costs. We do not generate ay profit from this charge and we hope to one day be large enough to cover this cost. We are working on providing more return options which should become live very soon. We do not charge a restocking fee at all. I kindly ask you to contact our team with a screenshot of this charge as we would love to further investigate. I am therefore trying to sell it through a “Petal & Pup buy and sell” group to recoup my money. I note many people are selling their P&P items new with tags, presumably for the same reason I am. Great clothes but terrible returns policy
Always love the clothes from Petal and Pup, good price and style. However their returns policy is really disappointing. Navigating a return on their website is hard to do and it took over 24 hours for a returns label to be emailed to me. I was charged $9.95 for the return! I feel this is alot considering I was returning a $50 item. I will now reconsider buying from Petal and Pup again and choose other suppliers that offer low or no cost returns.

Disappointed ☹️
I bought four items from Petal and Pup just over a month ago. 2 of the four items have already fallen apart. I bought the ‘Cisco’ top in beige and the seams completely fell apart after my second wear and it hadn’t even been put in the washing machine yet! I am a tiny person and bought a S/M so there is absolutely no reason the seams should have come apart and unstitched. It is completely unwearable now, which is a shame because I absolutely loved the top. As for the other item, I bought a pair of earrings and they too broke. Luckily I was able to fix those, but the top unfortunately not. I would expect this to happen to a top I had worn for months or years not for a top i’d worn only twice.

I purchased a few things from the website thinking they looked amazing online. Got my mom a few things too.
Both blouses I purchased were so far from the product photos. The wear and fit of it was just so off (which can be understandable because of different body types) but the material of both was just ugh. Like a $1 ikea tea towel dyed in black honestly.

I ordered the 'napier skirt' in white, the skirt is completely different to what it looks like online, when I received it the seams were coming un-done and looked like an unfinished job. I would not recommend shopping here, completely overpriced for extremely disappointing quality. I didn't send it back, as they don't offer refunds which is also entirely ridiculous. Do not waste your money here.

Shopping was quick and easy and the dress is quite similar to advertised, however for the top range price I was expecting great quality rather than cheap mass produced rubbish. Sizing also quite small and has random not ‘petal and pup’ labels

Be careful with your colour choice because my red dress was in fact coral. This was very unfortunate as I wanted a red dress for christmas. I also noticed upon receiving my package there were 3-4 tears on the material. All in all, I don't think I'll be buying from Petal & Pup again.

Cheaply made small sized products
Products are very disappointing, generally very poor quality and cheaply made. The sizing is incredibly small. A jumper I bought arrived with both sleeves ripped, luckily I was able to get a full refund as their general policy is just to offer store credit... Won't be shopping with P&P again unfortunately!

They don't offer refunds
I will not be shopping with Petal & Pup in future due to their returns policy. Every online store should offer refunds as an option. It is an in-house joke at my workplace that once you shop at Petal & Pup you end up in a vortex that is so hard to get out of. This entails shopping, finding the item doesn't suit, and then getting a credit note. Then you repeat the process over and over until you eventually get out of the vortex. Once you're out you never go back in. It's not worth all the trouble. It costs you money every time you have to return...

Lovely looking cloths, shame about the quality.
