Great after service
Due to sizing I had to return my items and despite the returns policy being a credit, I was given a full refund on request by the very helpful staff

Great clothes but terrible returns policy
Always love the clothes from Petal and Pup, good price and style. However their returns policy is really disappointing. Navigating a return on their website is hard to do and it took over 24 hours for a returns label to be emailed to me. I was charged $9.95 for the return! I feel this is alot considering I was returning a $50 item. I will now reconsider buying from Petal and Pup again and choose other suppliers that offer low or no cost returns.

I would buy with them again
I bought a dress that doesn’t fit at all, also I didn’t like the material. I requested a return label + refund and Friona assisted me with a lovely attitude. I believe the company is trying to offer a better service and I would definitely buy with them again.

Fast shipping. Good quality clothing
Update: in the process of getting a refund. Laura has gone above and beyond to help in returning the item immediately.
Happy with the dresses I bought although both were on the short side even for my height. Went to wash one, followed the instructions and was disappointed to see it shrunk to the point where I couldn't wear it out again.

Can’t really give much of a rating for petal and pup. I’ve spent more returning items and selling myself another that was just poor quality. The sizing is very inconsistent and paying to return an item and store credit rather than refunds in 2020 is a bit ridiculous. The customer service is really good though and the people are helpful.

For the top end online pricing, the quality of these clothes are pretty ordinary.
They are made by brands that are sold in market style shops for a fraction of the price. I have just found the same dress that is $79.95 with P&P for $13.95 with Shein and it is the same label, same terrible quality material.
I have had to return products 3 times due to the sizing and terrible quality and was given a voucher each time but really, it would appear that I actually wanted a refund but it isn't an option. I now have 2 dresses that I will never wear that set me back about $150 in total.
It's a shame that you can't see the label before you buy from P&P.

Shopping was quick and easy and the dress is quite similar to advertised, however for the top range price I was expecting great quality rather than cheap mass produced rubbish. Sizing also quite small and has random not ‘petal and pup’ labels

Disappointing
This is the second time I have shopped with Petal and Pup and I am disappointed. The dress I previously bought in a size ten according to the size description was way too small! Material was also poor. I then reluctantly returned for a store credit where I bought a casual short dress and a midi dress. I kept the short dress although not too happy with material. But the Midi, also a size ten was ridiculously large. I ended up selling this on EBay as I did not want to waste the money paying for the postage back and getting another store credit. ...

Sizing issues but resolved quickly with very friendly staff
My order got delivered in the wrong size and I sent it back immediately. The lovely ladies at P&P were incredibly understanding and kind over emails, after I explained I was stressing out if my order would not be returned on time for Christmas as a gift for my girlfriend. Problem was resolved and order fixed quickly once emails were returned to me. I do note that communication with the store would be a lot simpler and quicker if there was a phone number to call - this would also reduce the onslaught of small emails like mine in regards to sizing issues. Thank you so much for you help this week guys, I really appreciate it.

Disappointing
I bought a dress for a wedding I really loved online, but waited until it even came back in stock. When I got it, the sizing was way off and left me scrambling to find a new dress in less than a weeks time. I was further disappointed to learn of the return policy, and there was no real notice that the policy differs from other clothing lines. Hoping to find a silver lining, but right now I am definitely frustrated. -Megan Gallagher

More sizes required
Beautiful clothes, well made, excellent service on postage and returns. Unfortunately no larger sizes. Expanding size range would be of great benefit. Unfortunately this company only caters for up to size 14, and credits are available on returns, not refunds even if tie size is not available. Length of garments misleading by pictures.

Great shopping but..
Love the range and speed of delivery. Sizing is inconsistent across the site and compared to standard Australian sizing. Disappointing that returns only allow for gift card and not actual cash value payment to credit card.
