I’m a western (Australian) size 10-12 (which isn’t large) but in this “brands” clothes I am a 16, their largest size (which in the western world is pretty big). These clothes are made for the market they are made in...China. There’s no room for boobs or butts. Straight up and down skinny women.

Clothing is not high quality. It’s cheap fabric and cheaply made. One wash and you’ve lost the shape of the garment and the fabric looks totally different.

Can’t really give much of a rating for petal and pup. I’ve spent more returning items and selling myself another that was just poor quality. The sizing is very inconsistent and paying to return an item and store credit rather than refunds in 2020 is a bit ridiculous. The customer service is really good though and the people are helpful.

Clothes are tiny. Made only for size 6 or extremely thin girls. Large is a size 10 at max, company should at least stock XL to try and accommodate normal size females.

Poor quality clothing and sizing runs small. They are just reselling clothing brands. Clothing is super thin and see through. Feels like something you could find at Supre but with a $$$ price tag. None of the clothing I bought was wearable and will be basically going into the garbage. They do not offer refunds and return shipping is at your expense.

Love, love, love my Malibu dress. Fits perfectly and looks very nice. It was very fast delivery and a perfect summer dress and at Christmas time. Easy shopping with Petal and Pup. Debbie Priest

For the top end online pricing, the quality of these clothes are pretty ordinary.
They are made by brands that are sold in market style shops for a fraction of the price. I have just found the same dress that is $79.95 with P&P for $13.95 with Shein and it is the same label, same terrible quality material.
I have had to return products 3 times due to the sizing and terrible quality and was given a voucher each time but really, it would appear that I actually wanted a refund but it isn't an option. I now have 2 dresses that I will never wear that set me back about $150 in total.
It's a shame that you can't see the label before you buy from P&P.

Service was quick, but the sizing is extremely small. The quality is also rubbish for the price they are marketing. You are purchasing cheap quality clothing brands that is being resold for fast fashion.

This is the second time I have shopped with Petal and Pup and I am disappointed. The dress I previously bought in a size ten according to the size description was way too small! Material was also poor. I then reluctantly returned for a store credit where I bought a casual short dress and a midi dress. I kept the short dress although not too happy with material. But the Midi, also a size ten was ridiculously large. I ended up selling this on EBay as I did not want to waste the money paying for the postage back and getting another store credit. ...

My order of dresses was extremely disappointing. Very poor quality , look cheap, over priced and look awful on. Wish I had of read the reviews here first before purchasing as I dont wish to spend a credit note on any of their dresses or clothes again. Hope I get a refund . Some of the brands I have seen in cheap clothing shops for less than half the price ! Will not be recommending at all!

I bought a dress for a wedding I really loved online, but waited until it even came back in stock. When I got it, the sizing was way off and left me scrambling to find a new dress in less than a weeks time. I was further disappointed to learn of the return policy, and there was no real notice that the policy differs from other clothing lines. Having purchased several times from Petal and Pup, I am disappointed with the inconsistency in sizes. XS being bigger then a size 8 in some products and closer to a size 4 in others. Then having to pay for return postage makes me think twice about purchasing from here again.

Love the selection, however One Dress I bought was way too small, but bought jeans in same size which are too big- so difficult to know what size I should get. Cost of returns is a turnoff for buying again. Packaging is nice.

The products are cheaply made and generally run small. They don’t offer refunds, nor do they have free shipping. I will not be purchasing from the site again because the last time I bought something I returned it 3 times which meant I spent the same amount of money on the final dress as I did in shipping fees.

Beautiful things but unfortunately their sizing is all over the place and they only offer credit notes that expires after 6 months. I also find the the sizes go out of stock very quick, I’ve found there stuff on other websites cheaper
