So impressed with the great customer service at Petal @ Pup. I made a mistake when making my online order during Black Friday sales and the 25% discount was not applied to the order. Carla was quick to respond to my message and to reassure me that they would refund the difference to my account. My order arrived promptly (much quicker than expected) and I was thrilled with my Oralie dress. The light blue colour is gorgeous.

A series of mishaps occurred when I was trying to get a P&P dress—got the wrong size, then used the wrong address, and when the package finally got to me, it was stolen. I shared this with P&P, and without hesitation, they sent me a gift card to get the dress even though the mishaps were not their fault. It was such a generous act and I will be a loyal P&P customer as a result!

I have been purchasing clothes from petal and pup for awhile now and they never disappoint! The clothes are great quality shipping is fast and the very few returns that I have put through have been super simple and an easy process.

Petal and Pup is by far the best online store I have ever purchased from. From the cute packaging, to the speedy delivery, to customer service (they extended my gift card for me when I didn’t even realise!) I love petal and pup. In the past I’ve struggled with sizing , but a lovely girl from customer service explained the flat measurements and even helped me pick out some styles which would fit based. On my body type. I bought a dress from Petal and Pup, it wasn’t true to size and didn’t quite fit. It was also very average quality clearly made cheaply in China for a few dollars. When I went to return it I realised I had to send it back to Australia, I live in Nz so that’s $20 plus in postage... it was just a waste of time, I wouldn’t shop here again when you can shop at places like the iconic, Asos and Zara and return for free. Don’t waste your money.

As soon as a dress I wanted came back in stock I quickly made an order. On their website it says you can change the size if the order hasnt been processed yet. I quickly emailed them and said can I get a different size (I didnt mind if they couldnt do it, I still wanted the size I had ordered as I had an event). I received an email the next day saying my order has been cancelled and I have been refunded. I never asked for an order cancellation. I placed my order strictly for an event I had and I knew it would come in time. But the fact that it was cancelled means I have no dress for the event!

Easy to navigate. I love the styles and quality is good. I do find that sizes run out very quickly, so a few more of each would be good. Thanks.

The website is really easy to navigate where you can easily see the latest stock. There is a great range to choose from and all clothing is great quality and ease of wear.

The quality of every product I've purchased has been great. My go to store for all my work, casual and going out outfits. Easy site to use, filters are accurate!

It’s very easy to navigate through the online site. I’m always satisfied with quality of products and styles although I wish there was more choice of larger sizes. The sizing can be on the smaller side.

The clothing is always gorgeous and very good quality, postage is fast, some pieces are good value. My only complaint is that lots of the clothes are out of stock and sell out quickly.

Adore this top! The fabric and cut is perfect for date nights and moments you want to be comfy but still have a bit of edge and show some skin !
