So impressed with the great customer service at Petal @ Pup. I made a mistake when making my online order during Black Friday sales and the 25% discount was not applied to the order. Carla was quick to respond to my message and to reassure me that they would refund the difference to my account. My order arrived promptly (much quicker than expected) and I was thrilled with my Oralie dress. The light blue colour is gorgeous.

A series of mishaps occurred when I was trying to get a P&P dress—got the wrong size, then used the wrong address, and when the package finally got to me, it was stolen. I shared this with P&P, and without hesitation, they sent me a gift card to get the dress even though the mishaps were not their fault. It was such a generous act and I will be a loyal P&P customer as a result!

I saw the dress I went on to purchase on a lady about my size at the beach last weekend.

As I do, I asked her if she would mind telling me where she bought her lovely dress etc. She told me about your website.
I went online, found her dress and several others I also really liked.
I should have purchased it on the day, as there was a $10 off discount!
I trawled through the site, and picked 2 dresses. Though I could easily have bought several!

Petal and Pup have amazing customer service. I absolutely love their clothes however it is their customer service that made me want to write a review. I ordered a few items of clothing and within 2 days all but 1 item arrived. Which is amazing in this pandemic time! I emailed them asking about the missing item and they got right back to me quickly and professionally. You can tell they truly value their customers. They sent out the missing item straight away and handled everything so effortlessly. Will definitely be shopping with these guys again. Very happy customer

So lucky that Petal & Pup are based here in Brisbane. Ordered my dress at 7.30pm last night and got it today at 2.25pm( the next day.) Never had anything ( clothing ) delivered so fast before!! Super impressed!! Just ordered another dress, hope to get it tomorrow! Can't wait! Petal & Pup, my new favourite store!!

Petal and Pup is by far the best online store I have ever purchased from. From the cute packaging, to the speedy delivery, to customer service (they extended my gift card for me when I didn’t even realise!) I love petal and pup. In the past I’ve struggled with sizing , but a lovely girl from customer service explained the flat measurements and even helped me pick out some styles which would fit based. On my body type. I like the look of a lot of the clothing but when I order it - especially the dresses the fit is not great - ideally suited to a flat chested no shape at all figure I think - often the bust lines were out and I ended up paying for tailoring to alter two dresses - one which I ended up turning into a skirt. Has left me less interested in the clothing on this website as a result.

Easy to navigate. I love the styles and quality is good. I do find that sizes run out very quickly, so a few more of each would be good. Thanks.

Prices are very reasonable so quality is equivalent. Lots of variety and cute designs. The site is very easy to navigate but you pay for shipping and returns. Finally, the return policy is not that flexible as returns are credits and have to be w/in 14days. This return policy causes me to not buy from this site as much.

The website is really easy to navigate where you can easily see the latest stock. There is a great range to choose from and all clothing is great quality and ease of wear.
