Amazing Customer Service!
I placed an order for a few items on a Sunday night for an event I had that coming Friday I started to worry mid week when they hadn’t arrived so reached out to the customer care team, not only were they super helpful and friendly but they even offered to sort out an alternative if my order did not arrive on time, luckily it did and when I reached out to the team again regarding returning some of my items they were so accommodating and made my experience that much better! Definitely the best customer service I have experienced on an online platform! I spoke with Bella and she was amazing so lovely!

Could not fault this store
The service I have received from this store is second to none. With all of the experiences I’ve had with petal & pup, they have far exceeded my expectations. The customer service from all of the staff is exceptional - especially Kate and Bella, and they are so prompt with responding and resolving any issues. The quality of their clothing and accuracy to how it looks online is amazing too! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone :)

Customer Service 10/10!
I have contacted the team at Petal and Pup a few times regarding queries and they have been lovely each time. My most recent contact was a little different as it was regarding bridesmaids dresses, so I was being picky and asking for some requests a bit out of the ordinary. Fiona was an absolutely SUPERSTAR! she was so kind, caring and accommodating, getting back to my questions so quickly and with such beautiful responses. Great Service , prompt response
Having purchased a few items, and had to return one I have found them to be excellant in handling everything, lost the credit note advice, sent an email and received a reply in 24 hours.
Ordered on a Sunday afternoon & received the items Monday afternoon.
Would recommend them 100%

Should offer free returns or refunds being an online only store
I think if this store offered free return shipping or refunds they would get more sales. I know Atleast 5 people who refuse to shop here because of the out of pocket cost for returns. When you don’t have the ability to try something on in store you potentially could be out of pocket several times for return postage. I don’t believe that’s fair. Other companies like The iconic and ASOS are far more buyer friendly due to their return options. You can’t even drop items to their warehouse. I think petal and pup need to look into this issue to make shopping with them more desirable.

I purchased a few things from the website thinking they looked amazing online. Got my mom a few things too.
Both blouses I purchased were so far from the product photos. The wear and fit of it was just so off (which can be understandable because of different body types) but the material of both was just ugh. Like a $1 ikea tea towel dyed in black honestly.

Beautiful classy clothes. Arrived the next day. Loved my first dress so much ordered it again in a different colour. Lovely staff that get back to you with-in a day as I had a question about exchanging size. Good quality but don’t throw in with your everyday washing. Items are often not as good quality as pictured
I have bought many items from petal and pup. The items are usually poorer quality than I’d expect. The way the material and cut looks in the photos is often misleading. The clothes often turn out to be very thin and flimsy. Sizing also generally runs larger than standard. The prices are above average, which I don’t mind at the time of purchase because I think I am ordering something decent quality. But be careful what you choose to buy, because it can be a hit and miss.

Sizing is China sizing, not western sizing
I’m a western (Australian) size 10-12 (which isn’t large) but in this “brands” clothes I am a 16, their largest size (which in the western world is pretty big). These clothes are made for the market they are made in...China. There’s no room for boobs or butts. Straight up and down skinny women.
Clothing is not high quality. It’s cheap fabric and cheaply made. One wash and you’ve lost the shape of the garment and the fabric looks totally different.

Quality of the material is not the best
Clothes are ok, you can tell the quality isn’t the best for the prices you pay. The material is really thin and I thought they would be of better quality when looking through the site. Wouldn’t purchase again, would go elsewhere for better quality material.

I purchased a dress very last minute for a job interview and was helped by customer service discussing postage times. Bella kindy advised that if it did not arrive in time, she could offer me a refund instead of a credit note. Highly impressed! The dress arrived so quickly and in time for the interview!

Can’t really give much of a rating for petal and pup. I’ve spent more returning items and selling myself another that was just poor quality. The sizing is very inconsistent and paying to return an item and store credit rather than refunds in 2020 is a bit ridiculous. The customer service is really good though and the people are helpful.

Generally speaking, most garments run true to size however please keep in mind we always recommend checking each garment's individual flat lay measurements which are listed in their product description box. This is because we stock styles from a variety of suppliers so sizes may not be exact to the size guide. We like to place all of the flat lay measurements next to each garment, so you can compare those measurements to your own dimensions to get a good idea on the size recommendations.
