Not for me !
Site very difficult to navigate . a photo of a dress was on Insta with Shop now but could not find the dress after wading through pages !!
products I've bought have been mixed quality and sizing varied .I was very annoyed that I could not get a refund only a credit note

They don’t offer refunds or free shipping
The products are cheaply made and generally run small. They don’t offer refunds, nor do they have free shipping. I will not be purchasing from the site again because the last time I bought something I returned it 3 times which meant I spent the same amount of money on the final dress as I did in shipping fees.

They don't offer refunds
I will not be shopping with Petal & Pup in future due to their returns policy. Every online store should offer refunds as an option. It is an in-house joke at my workplace that once you shop at Petal & Pup you end up in a vortex that is so hard to get out of. This entails shopping, finding the item doesn't suit, and then getting a credit note. Then you repeat the process over and over until you eventually get out of the vortex. Once you're out you never go back in. It's not worth all the trouble. It costs you money every time you have to return...

Returns policy
The clothing is cheap and poorly sized. The returns policy makes it difficult to return anything, as you have to pay for postage & only get a gift voucher, no refund.

Easiest shopping Eva!
Easy to navigate and find what you are after eg: skirts or shorts
The range is great but the sizing does vary from product to product so au have had to return and reorder clothes in smaller or larger sizes

Never as good as the photos
I had to return a number of items as I found that every time I purchased something I liked from the website, it failed to meet my expectations once it arrived in the post.

Great styles poor quality
Great looking styles on the site but the quality of fabric and how the garments are made is very poor. Clothes look cheap in the flesh probably due to the poor quality of the fabrics.

Okay, crap returns policy
I dislike how you are unable to get a refund for clothes unless they are faulty. I then get a store credit and buy something else not great and then the cycle continues of buying another thing that isn’t good quality and then returning it and getting another store credit and it goes on and on. Things look one way on the module but on me they sit weirdly or are see through or too long or too short. I’ve never shopped at an online store that is so inconsistent with sizes. I don’t think you will ever get ahead compared to other brands unless you offer better refund conditions.

Prices are always full price however when they have a sale, most things are out of stock/unavailable and the moment the sale ends, the stock is available as well as new stock. I find this is the case each and every single time. Website navigation and quality of items are good.

Great online store with great variety!
Online store is easy to navigate and there is a great range of clothing. However the quality of clothing is a bit of hit and miss And given that refunds are not provided, only credits, I’ve been hesitant to continue making purchases. Should a refund be provided I would feel more comfortable taking the risk of purchasing online.

Generally speaking, most garments run true to size however please keep in mind we always recommend checking each garment's individual flat lay measurements which are listed in their product description box. This is because we stock styles from a variety of suppliers so sizes may not be exact to the size guide. We like to place all of the flat lay measurements next to each garment, so you can compare those measurements to your own dimensions to get a good idea on the size recommendations.
