Good quality clothing considering the prices. I like the variety of designs, colour options and the fit of the two dresses that I received. I received my order within 2 days, however, one had a faulty zipper. Fiona from the customer service team was incredible!! Arranged for a speedy refund and was an absolute delight to deal with! I will definitely shop with Petal and Pup again, mainly because of how amazing Fiona was :)

I have found this store to be easy to deal with. I received my order in no time but unfortunately it was too big for me. I returned it and within 10 days I received my credit, thank you so much and look forward to continue shopping with them.

I recently bought a dress from here and then later returned it, and customer service was above and beyond, helping me with my order and getting back to me asap! will definitely order from here again! also they have very cute clothes...

Love the design but I’d say they’re on the large side. I’m petit and it’s not easy for me to shop for something suitable. However, customer service is great - super responsive and helpful! It would be great though if customers have the option of cash refund or store credit that doesn’t expire.

Great online shop, check out is great to use, the clothes themselves are really well prices for such good quality. Everyone comments on my linen pieces all the time so they do have nice pieces. The only issue was I spent $750 on my first shop without realising (my fault) there was ZERO refunds just exchanges but after spending $750 this was literally half the shop and I didnt want anything else.
Had to pay also for return freight 3 times and get 3 credits because buying online, who knows if it will look good or not.
They are a successful brand, it would show more faith and confidence if they offered refunds for original condition pieces.
I would recommend to all my friends and I do - I really love their clothing.

The website should be easier to navigate, should be one page so that it’s easier and faster to look through all styles instead of several pages and having to click next or previous.
Returns should be free. By doing this customers will definitely buy more items, this will prevent customers from ‘not buying in case size and fit not right and have to end up paying for postage back) most customers are nervous about buying things online and when it comes to ladies wear returns should be made easier so that customers could buy more than one size kno...

Quality not excellent but still good given prices

Website was great, delivery was fast and got a return voucher but wouldn't let me use it and said it didn't recognize my email when I tried so no good in the end but started off well.
