Fantastic customer service!
Unfortunately I wasn't entirely happy in the dress I had ordered but when I got in contact with customer service to query where to go to next the service from Fiona has been faultless. Prompt replies and very happy with the outcome.
This was my 3rd order from their website and although the dress wasn't quite as described I will defininitely be ordering again!!

Best customer service I have ever received
Sophie helped me to get refund as the product did not meet my expectations.
She was amazing and very responsive throughout the entire process.
Never got this kind of customer service from other stores.
Definitely will try for the other products in future.

Easy to purchase from with the quickest postage!
The site is easy to navigate, with lots of variety. I found what I was looking for with ease. While I have had to return an item because of the sizing, the return process was easy, my only dislike is that you cannot receive a refund only store credit and you have to pay for return postage. Otherwise speaking to the team was quick and easy when I asked about when I would receive the store credit. The items purchased were good quality and was happy with both items, just, unfortunately, an item was slightly too small. Otherwise, everything was easy and simple to deal with. Will definitely purchase again!

Crap online shopping experience ever
Receive faulty items and once I brought it up with them they took days to respond. So every email took forever to be responded to. Been over a month and yet to receive my refund even tho clothes were sent back weeks ago. Even the customer service team were rude and unhelpful. If I could give minus stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this brand at all. The quality of clothes were crap so bad would much rather to shop at Kmart and get 100% more stuff for that price they are charging.

I purchased a few things from the website thinking they looked amazing online. Got my mom a few things too.
Both blouses I purchased were so far from the product photos. The wear and fit of it was just so off (which can be understandable because of different body types) but the material of both was just ugh. Like a $1 ikea tea towel dyed in black honestly.

Disappointing
I have been extremely disappointed with this business. When I placed my first order (approx. $400), I was super excited to receive what I thought were going to be some lovely stylish new pieces. When they arrived it was extremely disappointing, it was obvious items were a very poor quality and overpriced. Upon returning these items I was issued with a gift card. Items are often not as good quality as pictured
I have bought many items from petal and pup. The items are usually poorer quality than I’d expect. The way the material and cut looks in the photos is often misleading. The clothes often turn out to be very thin and flimsy. Sizing also generally runs larger than standard. The prices are above average, which I don’t mind at the time of purchase because I think I am ordering something decent quality. But be careful what you choose to buy, because it can be a hit and miss.

Sizing is China sizing, not western sizing
I’m a western (Australian) size 10-12 (which isn’t large) but in this “brands” clothes I am a 16, their largest size (which in the western world is pretty big). These clothes are made for the market they are made in...China. There’s no room for boobs or butts. Straight up and down skinny women.
Clothing is not high quality. It’s cheap fabric and cheaply made. One wash and you’ve lost the shape of the garment and the fabric looks totally different.

Can’t really give much of a rating for petal and pup. I’ve spent more returning items and selling myself another that was just poor quality. The sizing is very inconsistent and paying to return an item and store credit rather than refunds in 2020 is a bit ridiculous. The customer service is really good though and the people are helpful.

Poor quality garbage
Poor quality clothing and sizing runs small. They are just reselling clothing brands. Clothing is super thin and see through. Feels like something you could find at Supre but with a $$$ price tag. None of the clothing I bought was wearable and will be basically going into the garbage. They do not offer refunds and return shipping is at your expense.

Bad quality
I ordered the 'napier skirt' in white, the skirt is completely different to what it looks like online, when I received it the seams were coming un-done and looked like an unfinished job. I would not recommend shopping here, completely overpriced for extremely disappointing quality. I didn't send it back, as they don't offer refunds which is also entirely ridiculous. Do not waste your money here.

Really bad quality! Not worth the price tag AT ALL!!
Fabric is really bad quality. Definitely not worth the price tag. Looks great in the picture, but it's not what you get. It's very deceiving. Never again. Don't waste your money. They don't offer refunds either.

Bad Costumer Service: Poor quality in clothes
The quality of the clothes were pretty bad material, cheaply made. I returned all of my items a month ago and still have yet to receive even an email back or a credit to my account. I am really disappointed, I wish I could have my money back instead of store credit. Ii would probably never shop here again and warn you from doing the same.

Terrible quality for the price and no ability to be refunded
For the top end online pricing, the quality of these clothes are pretty ordinary.
They are made by brands that are sold in market style shops for a fraction of the price. I have just found the same dress that is $79.95 with P&P for $13.95 with Shein and it is the same label, same terrible quality material.
I have had to return products 3 times due to the sizing and terrible quality and was given a voucher each time but really, it would appear that I actually wanted a refund but it isn't an option. I now have 2 dresses that I will never wear that set me back about $150 in total.
It's a shame that you can't see the label before you buy from P&P.

Don’t bother waisting your money
Really bad quality for the price that they sell the clothes. Can only get store credit (not obvious) when returning clothes so I’m ordering clothes and sending them back which can’t be good for the environment? They delete any negative comments on social media as me and friends have all questioned things then it disappears. Any positive review on YouTube etc is all done by sponcers of petal and pup

It’s quite clear that the reason you only get store credit is because the quality of the clothes are poor in comparison to the price - so you are probably expecting returns. Bad quality dress. Customer service and returns extremely slow.
Ordered a dress and pair of shoes. My first order with Petal and Pup. The order processing time is little slower than what I've become accustomed to with like-for-like competitors (Amaroso are much faster on delivery and processing returns). The dress was very poor quality for $89.95! I decided to return both items and hope for better quality products - hopefully the photos next time I order are actually a true indication of the product. Paid for postage to have returned. Checked the other day and the parcel had arrived to Petal and Pup Monday morning at 8am, nearly 5 working days ago. Again, I have been accustomed to returns being processed within 1-2 days. Apparently it can take 6 working days to process a return which is pretty ridiculous. Really Petal and Pup need to pick up their game otherwise they won't be around for much longer. There is only so long you can scam people. If I had known the quality of products, I would never have purchased. Ideally I would like a refund but apparently that is against store policy, which doesn't surprise me in the slightest.1 comment

Hit and miss sizing, average customer service
I bought two size 10 dresses from P&P, one fit perfectly, the other is realistically a size 12-14. P&P have refused a credit note for return of this dress as it was on sale. In normal circumstances I would accept this as fair but the dress is clearly very far from being true to size. They have twice declined to accept the return and instead gave me a 10% discount code. So I can spend more money on dresses that might not fit and that I can’t return?

Bad Quality for price tag
Having never ordered from petal and pup i gave it ago. I found the quality/colours of the items to be terrible/not true for the amount you pay for them. I wouldn’t order from them again.

This is because we stock styles from a variety of suppliers so sizes may not be exact to the size guide. We like to place all of the flat lay measurements next to each garment, so you can compare those measurements to your own dimensions to get a good idea on the size recommendations.
