Poor Quality
I ordered a dress that has a beautiful design but unfortunately had very poor stitching and threads were opening up. I contacted customer service and they were happy to pay for a return label and send out a new one. A week and a half later they received the old dress and I received a new one.

Prompt service, but disappointing products.
My first order was a $100 dress that appeared “orange” online and was advertised as “orange”, but when it arrived, it was not “orange” but rather a “rust/brown” colour. It cost $9.95 postage to order the dress and another $9.95 in postage to return it. The store credit was very prompt, so I ordered two winter tops as replacement products. When they arrived, they were not true to size and were huge. Another $9.95 to return the products and once again the credit was promptly applied. I ordered a few dresses for my sisters wedding when I receive them they were very different colours and quality to the picture. I’m so disheartened. Items are often not as good quality as pictured
I have bought many items from petal and pup. The items are usually poorer quality than I’d expect. The way the material and cut looks in the photos is often misleading. The clothes often turn out to be very thin and flimsy. Sizing also generally runs larger than standard. The prices are above average, which I don’t mind at the time of purchase because I think I am ordering something decent quality. But be careful what you choose to buy, because it can be a hit and miss.

The quality of the clothes were pretty bad material, cheaply made. I returned all of my items a month ago and still have yet to receive even an email back or a credit to my account. I am really disappointed, I wish I could have my money back instead of store credit. Ii would probably never shop here again and warn you from doing the same.

Hit and miss sizing, average customer service
I bought two size 10 dresses from P&P, one fit perfectly, the other is realistically a size 12-14. P&P have refused a credit note for return of this dress as it was on sale. In normal circumstances I would accept this as fair but the dress is clearly very far from being true to size. They have twice declined to accept the return and instead gave me a 10% discount code. So I can spend more money on dresses that might not fit and that I can’t return?

Poor quality and bad fit
I have ordered 3 items from them now and unfortunately one has been worse than the other. Im a fairly standard size person. Slim fit 158cm tall. Usually fit anything from 6-10.. my first order i got 2 dresses. One was totally transparent the other had very poor stitching which looked horrible. Returned both but for the unlined dress they would only give store credit as the website says that the dress is unlined however on the photos the dress does not look transparent. 6 months later they wanted to take that money from me as the credit expires ...

I ordered two dresses and one top and they are clearly all from different and dodgy manufacturers based on their tags. The quality is shockingly cheap and the sizing is off. A size 8 is normal for me but these pieces make me feel like I need to go down 2 sizes! Definitely not shopping here again especially given this cheap quality and expensive prices! Bought two dresses which looked great on the website. The quality of the material and make is terrible particularly given the price.

Bought 3 dresses and a top online. Cost me a total of $250. Thinking I would get semi decent quality. Every clothing had a different tag on it from another brand and looks nothing like the photos advertised online. Also ordered size 8 dresses to end up being size 12/14. Ver poor quality
I have purchased on two occasions from Petal & Pup.
On both occasions I have found the quality to be poor.
The last purchase I purchased 3 dress for the Maldives. One of them did not even last 1 wear with all the elastic giving way during dinner at a beautiful restaurant.
The other item after the second wash, the fabric frade.
The quality of the fabric is cheap, the make of the items are cheap also.
After contacting the company regarding my disappointing experiences with their product, there response was less then satisfactory.

Product disappointment
Unfortunately for me I haven’t had a good experience with petal and pup. I had placed 3 different orders, each containing 2 items. The sizing was wrong for all of them either being smaller or larger than suggested and the items looked nothing like the photo. I won’t be buying anything from here again.

Check their returns before buying!
i Bought a dress that arrived and definitely doesn’t look like the picture nor was I happy with paying $90 for the quality. But they will not give you a refund just credit note plus you need to pay for shipping to get the item and pay again to return it which most other online stores offer returns and refunds. I just wish I read their returns policy beforehand
