Great clothes but terrible returns policy
Always love the clothes from Petal and Pup, good price and style. However their returns policy is really disappointing. Navigating a return on their website is hard to do and it took over 24 hours for a returns label to be emailed to me. I was charged $9.95 for the return! I feel this is alot considering I was returning a $50 item. I will now reconsider buying from Petal and Pup again and choose other suppliers that offer low or no cost returns.

Wrong sizing
I've ordered a few items off this site and usually fits well, I order size 12 just to be safe, I'm normally a 10. A top I ordered came and it doesn't even fit through my arms and the quality is terrible. I paid 60 for this top. I don't even want to return it because it looks like they offer another replacement instead of refunding your money. Never again

Each item has the approximate flat-lay front measurements listed in the description to help decide which size to go for, so if you are unsure of your exact size or usually in between a few different sizes, we would recommend measuring your waist and bust to see which size will be the best fit for you. The measurements we include of specific items in their product description are flat lay measurements which have been taken from the garment lied flat, then measured across the top of the item. Essentially this is half of the entire garment - simply double the measurement provided to equal the approximate overall measurement. We also have size guides on each item stating if the item runs small, is true to size or runs large. I can see the item you have ordered has 'Runs small' selected. You can view this on the item's product page. Please also note, we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for our AU customers due to fast turnover of stock. Our returns policy can be viewed on our website. As per our returns policy, we only issue refunds on items with a manufacturing fault and issue a store credit in all other circumstances, which is accepted by the customer at the point of purchase. Items returned due to sizing, fit or change of mind will be offered a store credit, so you can purchase another size or item you love! Sizing was really off
I ordered the brown Corduroy pants. I’m usually a size 10-12 but seeing as it said they run large I stuck to the 10. They were soooooo big. Like almost 2 sizes too big.... I am literally never a size 8 let alone 6.
The pants themselves were nice and the quality was fine, just be aware of sizing down when you order. Super confusing and really not in line with normal sizing.
This is the only time I’ve ordered from here so I can’t say that all of their items are like this. I do know people who love this ship so that’s gotta mean something.
I also wish they would use more sustainable shipping bags, so many companies are doing it now. Hate the waste.

Bad experience all round
Clothing is all random sizes & you can’t get a refund, only store credit.
I ordered a S and 8 in various pairs of pants and they are huge! I’m usually a 8-10 so a S shouldn’t be falling off me. I also accidentally ordered a size 6 in a top (my fault) which I couldn’t get over my head. Going by the pants size you would think a 6 would be a better size.
I spent quite a lot and now I have a store voucher from my refund which I won’t using. Pretty bad not offering refunds on an internet clothing brand. Sad I spent so much in my first order.
Won’t be using again.

I received my order timely but the sizes come out really small. Only in fine print they let you know that you can't get a refund but only store credit which is valid for only six months. So if you cannot find something on time that suits you and has the same value they're basically stealing from you. Be aware of this when you shop here!

Clothes are tiny. Made only for size 6 or extremely thin girls. Large is a size 10 at max, company should at least stock XL to try and accommodate normal size females.

Poor quality and bad returns policy
I bought a dress from Petal and Pup, it wasn’t true to size and didn’t quite fit. It was also very average quality clearly made cheaply in China for a few dollars. When I went to return it I realised I had to send it back to Australia, I live in Nz so that’s $20 plus in postage... it was just a waste of time, I wouldn’t shop here again when you can shop at places like the iconic, Asos and Zara and return for free. Don’t waste your money.

As soon as a dress I wanted came back in stock I quickly made an order. On their website it says you can change the size if the order hasnt been processed yet. I quickly emailed them and said can I get a different size (I didnt mind if they couldnt do it, I still wanted the size I had ordered as I had an event). I received an email the next day saying my order has been cancelled and I have been refunded. I never asked for an order cancellation. I placed my order strictly for an event I had and I knew it would come in time. But the fact that it was cancelled means I have no dress for the event!

fit issues
I like the look of a lot of the clothing but when I order it - especially the dresses the fit is not great - ideally suited to a flat chested no shape at all figure I think - often the bust lines were out and I ended up paying for tailoring to alter two dresses - one which I ended up turning into a skirt. Has left me less interested in the clothing on this website as a result.
