I really liked majority of the clothes and the ease in use of the website so I thought with same day delivery if ordered before 10am, I may aswell. I ordered a dress and didn't like it so lodged a return and had to pay $10 which is way too high in my opinion. Secondly, making most dresses $99 and then offering free freight over $100 is cruel. Trying to find anything under $10 is also pretty much impossible. P&P has really cute clothes but the prices are too high in my opinion. To be quite fair, every piece of clothing regardless of retailer is marked-up dramatically! I do think that their sizes are slightly inconsistent depending on the item but they have made a solid effort to note when items fit smaller or larger than expected. I have only ordered twice - once earlier in the year and once in the last week. I do think the quality of the clothes seems much lower since my original order. Completely unsatisfied with the three dresses I recently brought from petal and pup.
The delivery was fast which is unusual for my remote town but I was severely let down by the quality of the clothes. I will be returning all. For $100 a dress i was expecting better material. The white dress I brought is completely see through. Very disappointed and I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend this site to others.

I think if this store offered free return shipping or refunds they would get more sales. I know Atleast 5 people who refuse to shop here because of the out of pocket cost for returns. When you don’t have the ability to try something on in store you potentially could be out of pocket several times for return postage. I don’t believe that’s fair. Other companies like The iconic and ASOS are far more buyer friendly due to their return options. You can’t even drop items to their warehouse. I think petal and pup need to look into this issue to make shopping with them more desirable.

Bought 2 items. Today I went on aliexpress and came across the identical items for a third of the price. Now I'm regretful. Jump on Aliexpress (china site) instead I saw many of their designs on there soooo much cheaper.

I love my Jemima knits, so much that I have bought several different colours. They are so soft. Being oversize they are larger around the neck/shoulders than usual so I had to go down to an S/M from an M/L, but they are gorgeous jumpers

The Largo dress in pink is such a pretty dress. Very versatile, can be worn with or without self tie. Very comfortable to wear and the sleeves are the perfect length

Super fast next day delivery which I wasn’t expecting! The dresses are cute but I’d compare the quality to be in line with dresses from cotton on however the prices are more in line with Witchery. I’m glad that one of my dresses was on sale, if I had paid full price for both I would have felt ripped off.

I was so excited to receive my order from petal and pup today. The clothes arrived very quickly, which was awesome, but upon trying on the dresses, while the designs were cute the quality was terrible! They use very thin materials and the colours of the fabric were dull (nothing like the photos online). For the price paid I can’t see myself purchasing from here again!

I have probably bought about 20 dresses from petal and pup over the years but recently the quality has really deteriorated. I am extremely particular about following care instructions but despite this three of my recent dress purchases have shrunk a lot and no longer fit. One dress I have only worn three times and washed once, and the fabric is fraying on the straps. I used to love petal and pup but won’t be shopping there anymore - the quality and reliability is now very poor.

Dress looked good and was true to size, but for $70 was very poor material, was expecting something thicker but was stretching nylon style with poor stitching that I had to trim off. Again the dresses looked like what it was meant to but was very poorly made and cheap material.

They have great clothes. Good variety. Very few sales. Would love a sale or free returns policy. Quick delivery and ease of ordering. Sizing is true to size. Will shop again.

Hard to find your size available regularly. Products often out of stock and email reminders for when a particular item of available often take a long time to occur. I’m currently still waiting on one and it’s easily been more than a month.Products I’ve personally purchased, have been of good quality but mostly overpriced.

Easy to use website and able to search items easily. Wide range of pieces that are effortless to wear with each item purchased of decent quality and standard. Items are true to size.

Lovely styles and fit has always been true to size. Quality is also good.
Would be nice to have free returns and a longer return timeframe, this way one could order more styles and sometimes also different sizes if unsure. I ordered few dresses that I could wear during pregnancy as well and was unsure if my usual size 8 would fit or if I better order 10. I think I would order more often, if free returns were offered.
