Only buy if you KNOW the item is perfect
All the clothing looks amazing online. HOWEVER, be aware that if you don't like what you have purchased and want to return it, you will be out of pocket:
$10 postage you pay to receive the items (if under $100)
$10 postage to send item(s) back to them
$9.95 restocking fee
I essentially paid $30 to try on a dress I don't want. And they don't offer refunds, so I'm stuck with a credit note to potentially go through that expensive process again. There are too many other options online which offer free returns to bother risking losing money buying through Petal & Pup. Yes, I know their returns policy is clearly stated on their website, but for those who are considering buying and don’t know their returns policy yet - BEWARE.

Read more things up. Like most companies, there is a shipping cost paid to have the order shipped to you. For our company, this cost is $8.95, is included in the total cost at checkout and is non-refundable. When a return is processed and a store credit issued, this amount is for the total cost of the item less the initial shipping cost which is $8.95 for orders under $100 for AU customers. Should there be a need to return, there is a cost for return shipping. For our company, this cost is $9.95 and is paid separately at the time the return request is submitted. This amount is also non-refundable. We do try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers by providing this flat rate and paying the remainder of the shipping costs. We do not generate ay profit from this charge and we hope to one day be large enough to cover this cost. We are working on providing more return options which should become live very soon. We do not charge a restocking fee at all. I kindly ask you to contact our team with a screenshot of this charge as we would love to further investigate. I really liked majority of the clothes and the ease in use of the website so I thought with same day delivery if ordered before 10am, I may aswell. I ordered a dress and didn't like it so lodged a return and had to pay $10 which is way too high in my opinion. Secondly, making most dresses $99 and then offering free freight over $100 is cruel. Wrong sizing
I've ordered a few items off this site and usually fits well, I order size 12 just to be safe, I'm normally a 10. A top I ordered came and it doesn't even fit through my arms and the quality is terrible. I paid 60 for this top. I don't even want to return it because it looks like they offer another replacement instead of refunding your money. Never again

Essentially this is half of the entire garment - simply double the measurement provided to equal the approximate overall measurement. You can view this on the item's product page. Please also note, we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for our AU customers due to fast turnover of stock. Disappointed ☹️
I bought four items from Petal and Pup just over a month ago. 2 of the four items have already fallen apart. I bought the ‘Cisco’ top in beige and the seams completely fell apart after my second wear and it hadn’t even been put in the washing machine yet! I am a tiny person and bought a S/M so there is absolutely no reason the seams should have come apart and unstitched. It is completely unwearable now, which is a shame because I absolutely loved the top. As for the other item, I bought a pair of earrings and they too broke. Luckily I was able to fix those, but the top unfortunately not. I would expect this to happen to a top I had worn for months or years not for a top i’d worn only twice.

Completely unsatisfied with the three dresses I recently brought from petal and pup.
The delivery was fast which is unusual for my remote town but I was severely let down by the quality of the clothes. I will be returning all. For $100 a dress i was expecting better material. The white dress I brought is completely see through. Very disappointed and I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend this site to others.

Should offer free returns or refunds being an online only store
I think if this store offered free return shipping or refunds they would get more sales. I know Atleast 5 people who refuse to shop here because of the out of pocket cost for returns. When you don’t have the ability to try something on in store you potentially could be out of pocket several times for return postage. I don’t believe that’s fair. Other companies like The iconic and ASOS are far more buyer friendly due to their return options. You can’t even drop items to their warehouse. I think petal and pup need to look into this issue to make shopping with them more desirable.

I received my order timely but the sizes come out really small. Only in fine print they let you know that you can't get a refund but only store credit which is valid for only six months. So if you cannot find something on time that suits you and has the same value they're basically stealing from you. Be aware of this when you shop here!

Clothes are tiny. Made only for size 6 or extremely thin girls. Large is a size 10 at max, company should at least stock XL to try and accommodate normal size females.

Cute dresses but overpriced for the quality
Super fast next day delivery which I wasn’t expecting! The dresses are cute but I’d compare the quality to be in line with dresses from cotton on however the prices are more in line with Witchery. I’m glad that one of my dresses was on sale, if I had paid full price for both I would have felt ripped off.

Nice dresses, but poor quality and pricey!
I was so excited to receive my order from petal and pup today. The clothes arrived very quickly, which was awesome, but upon trying on the dresses, while the designs were cute the quality was terrible! They use very thin materials and the colours of the fabric were dull (nothing like the photos online). For the price paid I can’t see myself purchasing from here again!

I have probably bought about 20 dresses from petal and pup over the years but recently the quality has really deteriorated. I am extremely particular about following care instructions but despite this three of my recent dress purchases have shrunk a lot and no longer fit. One dress I have only worn three times and washed once, and the fabric is fraying on the straps. I used to love petal and pup but won’t be shopping there anymore - the quality and reliability is now very poor.
