Don’t Shop Here! Clothes lack quality!
I was a loyal customer of petal pup but found the quality of the clothing slowly deteriorating. Over time the clothes quickly fell apart and when I received a faulty dress, customer service were unresponsive. The last faulty item I sent back was supposedly refused and returned to me, but I didn’t receive it in the mail and petal and pup did not offer tracking details. They now cancel all my orders and seemingly blocked me from shopping there (not that I want to anymore) The thing is, the photos and super skinny models can make their clothes look ok on the website but when you receive them they are cheaply made and flimsy. I don’t recommend shopping here.

Very poor quality dress, completely see-through. I paid $68.90 including shipping and the returns policy states I would need to pay a return fee. For the price I paid I expected good quality material. I won't be shopping with this brand again.

I am appalled at this company
I have tried to return several items and had to pay $15 to return each of those items separately. I still haven't received a response in relation to where my refund or credit note is at and I have sent 5 emails to this company so far. The material is so cheap and the quality is poor for their clothing.

Super cheap material
Completely unsatisfied with the three dresses I recently brought from petal and pup.
The delivery was fast which is unusual for my remote town but I was severely let down by the quality of the clothes. I will be returning all. For $100 a dress i was expecting better material. The white dress I brought is completely see through. Very disappointed and I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend this site to others.

Receive faulty items and once I brought it up with them they took days to respond. So every email took forever to be responded to. Been over a month and yet to receive my refund even tho clothes were sent back weeks ago. Even the customer service team were rude and unhelpful. If I could give minus stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this brand at all. The quality of clothes were crap so bad would much rather to shop at Kmart and get 100% more stuff for that price they are charging.

No refunds and credit only valid for 6 months
I received my order timely but the sizes come out really small. Only in fine print they let you know that you can't get a refund but only store credit which is valid for only six months. So if you cannot find something on time that suits you and has the same value they're basically stealing from you. Be aware of this when you shop here!

Disappointing
I have been extremely disappointed with this business. When I placed my first order (approx. $400), I was super excited to receive what I thought were going to be some lovely stylish new pieces. When they arrived it was extremely disappointing, it was obvious items were a very poor quality and overpriced. Upon returning these items I was issued with a gift card. Sizing is China sizing, not western sizing
I’m a western (Australian) size 10-12 (which isn’t large) but in this “brands” clothes I am a 16, their largest size (which in the western world is pretty big). These clothes are made for the market they are made in...China. There’s no room for boobs or butts. Straight up and down skinny women.
Clothing is not high quality. It’s cheap fabric and cheaply made. One wash and you’ve lost the shape of the garment and the fabric looks totally different.

I made a large order and was excited to receive my new pieces. As other customers stated, the clothes runs small and bit inconsistent. Dodgy company
I will never shop here again and am telling all my girlfriends the same. They do not refund you your money upon return, instead giving you a voucher with an expiry date of 6 months. I returned an item because it was of poor quality, I didn't like anything on their site for the past 6 months, and now my money has essentially expired. I realise it says this on their website but that does not make it ok, they are making money off me not liking their products. Shameful, customer service not helpful.

If you’re a normal size, shop somewhere else
Clothes are tiny. Made only for size 6 or extremely thin girls. Large is a size 10 at max, company should at least stock XL to try and accommodate normal size females.

Poor quality clothing and sizing runs small. They are just reselling clothing brands. Clothing is super thin and see through. Feels like something you could find at Supre but with a $$$ price tag. None of the clothing I bought was wearable and will be basically going into the garbage. They do not offer refunds and return shipping is at your expense.

Ordered some jeans and they are not even stitched up properly (unstitched along the bottom). I didn't realise that you couldn't even get a refund because when clicking on the return page it says returns are permitted so I assumed it included refunds. Upset because I was banking on them looking nice.

Really bad quality! Not worth the price tag AT ALL!!
Fabric is really bad quality. Definitely not worth the price tag. Looks great in the picture, but it's not what you get. It's very deceiving. Never again. Don't waste your money. They don't offer refunds either.

Bad quality cheap material and no refunds
Bad quality and looks Nothing like the photos of clothes on the models. Ordered a lot and Material is very cheap on all garments.
NO refunds provided only credit notes and these are processed very slowly and then charged extra postage on top of this (as well as postage for returning the item!)

Don’t bother waisting your money
Really bad quality for the price that they sell the clothes. Can only get store credit (not obvious) when returning clothes so I’m ordering clothes and sending them back which can’t be good for the environment? They delete any negative comments on social media as me and friends have all questioned things then it disappears. Any positive review on YouTube etc is all done by sponcers of petal and pup

The order processing time is little slower than what I've become accustomed to with like-for-like competitors (Amaroso are much faster on delivery and processing returns). Worst quality of clothes - you are purchasing wholesale rubbish
Service was quick, but the sizing is extremely small. The quality is also rubbish for the price they are marketing. You are purchasing cheap quality clothing brands that is being resold for fast fashion.

Poor quality and bad returns policy
I bought a dress from Petal and Pup, it wasn’t true to size and didn’t quite fit. It was also very average quality clearly made cheaply in China for a few dollars. When I went to return it I realised I had to send it back to Australia, I live in Nz so that’s $20 plus in postage... it was just a waste of time, I wouldn’t shop here again when you can shop at places like the iconic, Asos and Zara and return for free. Don’t waste your money.

Generally speaking, most garments run true to size however please keep in mind we always recommend checking each garment's individual flat lay measurements which are listed in their product description box. This is because we stock styles from a variety of suppliers so sizes may not be exact to the size guide. We like to place all of the flat lay measurements next to each garment, so you can compare those measurements to your own dimensions to get a good idea on the size recommendations.
