Don't bother
While the range, marketing and customer service is second to none, the quality is abysmal. The material is cheap, mostly synthetic. The stitching is sloppy. And if you are lucky enough to find something that looks decent, you'd probably only get limited wear out of it. The products look way better on the website than they do online, its a real expectations vs reality fail situation. Its also disappointing that the models are a size 6-8, I think the owners need to consider the diversity of shape and size that they might be catering to. I bought two dresses and ended up returning both. I wish money back was still an option because I'd really rather not have to try a third item, I'm tempted to just part with the store credit and call it a day!

Ordered a dress, tried on didn’t suit, wanted to return and try to find something a little nicer on me for work party and can only exchange or get store credit, this is quite frankly ridiculous and rude. If the tags are attached, packaging in tact, no rips, marks or tears, you should return with an actual refund, most online stores do this, sad that petal and pup don’t do this. I wouldn’t recommend this or buying from here if you aren’t 100% sure on an item.

Our AU customers now have the option to exchange, 'Shop now' or receive store credit. You can request an exchange directly through our return portal. If you select this option, the cost to return is free. Our Shop Now option is essentially another exchange option! This way, you have the option to order a different item instead of just swapping for a new size. If you select this option, the cost to return is free as well. If you decide to return for store credit instead of an exchange or shop now, there is a return fee of $9.95 that is deducted from your credit amount. This amount is to cover return shipping costs. Poor quality fast fashion
Order arrived quickly however was terrible quality for the price paid. I ordered pants that were made from cheap, see through material. Dress was ill fitting and poor quality. I’m now stuck with a store credit after having to pay to return the items and not wishing to purchase anything further. Very disappointing, I do not recommend this store.

Wrong sizing
I've ordered a few items off this site and usually fits well, I order size 12 just to be safe, I'm normally a 10. A top I ordered came and it doesn't even fit through my arms and the quality is terrible. I paid 60 for this top. I don't even want to return it because it looks like they offer another replacement instead of refunding your money. Never again

Each item has the approximate flat-lay front measurements listed in the description to help decide which size to go for, so if you are unsure of your exact size or usually in between a few different sizes, we would recommend measuring your waist and bust to see which size will be the best fit for you. The measurements we include of specific items in their product description are flat lay measurements which have been taken from the garment lied flat, then measured across the top of the item. Essentially this is half of the entire garment - simply double the measurement provided to equal the approximate overall measurement. We also have size guides on each item stating if the item runs small, is true to size or runs large. I can see the item you have ordered has 'Runs small' selected. You can view this on the item's product page. Please also note, we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for our AU customers due to fast turnover of stock. Our returns policy can be viewed on our website. As per our returns policy, we only issue refunds on items with a manufacturing fault and issue a store credit in all other circumstances, which is accepted by the customer at the point of purchase. Items returned due to sizing, fit or change of mind will be offered a store credit, so you can purchase another size or item you love! I am not one to write reviews but on this occasion i am gob-smacked, i purchased a dress and upsized two sized as i really wanted a lovely flowing dress, instead the dress was tight and didn't even fit my size 12 co worker. I ordered a XXL. Only to then she they offer store credits! i will never shop her again why offer store credits only. You are an online store. Terrible experience. Petal and Pup sent me a dress that absolutely reeked of foul perfume and body odour. It had clearly been worn and then returned. I wonder why they allowed it to be resold. Anyway. I had to email them four times to arrange for a postage return label so I could send the item back. Almost three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.....would not recommend and would not purchase here again. Their returns policy is also not great. Credit notes, not refunds, for an online store where you can't try things on is poor form in this day and age.

Since we only offer store credit on returns, the refund option is reserved for those occasions when we've missed the bar. Not only do you have to pay for original shipping of your items, but then you have to pay money to return your items. Then to only receive a store credit. Where again, I’m gonna have to pay for shipping and potentially pay for another return. So far $20 out of pocket. • Poor quality clothing
• Never true to size
• No refund available, only a credit note that is valid for 6 months after purchase
• All photos on their site/social media are photoshopped and the clothing you see is NOT what will be delivered !!
• Comments made on social media about their clothes are often deleted. You can tell when there are only 3 positive comments under a photo when they have that many “followers” on social media. Their followers are all bought !
• Please don’t waste your money on petal and pup - they are a scam !

Don’t Shop Here! Clothes lack quality!
I was a loyal customer of petal pup but found the quality of the clothing slowly deteriorating. Over time the clothes quickly fell apart and when I received a faulty dress, customer service were unresponsive. The last faulty item I sent back was supposedly refused and returned to me, but I didn’t receive it in the mail and petal and pup did not offer tracking details. They now cancel all my orders and seemingly blocked me from shopping there (not that I want to anymore) The thing is, the photos and super skinny models can make their clothes look ok on the website but when you receive them they are cheaply made and flimsy. I don’t recommend shopping here.

I have tried to return several items and had to pay $15 to return each of those items separately. I still haven't received a response in relation to where my refund or credit note is at and I have sent 5 emails to this company so far. The material is so cheap and the quality is poor for their clothing.
