I ordered a few dresses for my sisters wedding when I receive them they were very different colours and quality to the picture. I’m so disheartened. I am in the process of sending them back now and after reading other peoples reviews I am terrified of how this will play out. I have spent a considerable amount of money with this website and it appears that they do not offer refunds only store credit, which I feel needs to be very clear to the consumer before and as they are buying from this website - not written in tiny writing and ...trapping their customers. when I emailed the company informing them I wish to return my items and to ask for some more clarity on the refund process they simply told me my refund will be emailed to me and to check my junk folder - how can you email a refund? Store credit is NOT a refund. If I’m returning items I do not want store credit - I want my money back. *update* this entire process has cost me money. Whilst the messages have been very nice, they’ve also been very unhelpful. I have 0 product and a lot of stress. Here is the only proof of purchase I can provide as I’ve sent everything back. I’m now having to phone my bank and citizens advice bureau to come to some resolution to actually get my money back. I’ve lost out on a large amount of money. I feel so silly for not reading reviews, don’t make my mistake!
Don’t Shop Here! Clothes lack quality!
I was a loyal customer of petal pup but found the quality of the clothing slowly deteriorating. Over time the clothes quickly fell apart and when I received a faulty dress, customer service were unresponsive. The last faulty item I sent back was supposedly refused and returned to me, but I didn’t receive it in the mail and petal and pup did not offer tracking details. They now cancel all my orders and seemingly blocked me from shopping there (not that I want to anymore) The thing is, the photos and super skinny models can make their clothes look ok on the website but when you receive them they are cheaply made and flimsy. I don’t recommend shopping here.
Very poor quality dress, completely see-through. I paid $68.90 including shipping and the returns policy states I would need to pay a return fee. For the price I paid I expected good quality material. I won't be shopping with this brand again.
I am appalled at this company
I have tried to return several items and had to pay $15 to return each of those items separately. I still haven't received a response in relation to where my refund or credit note is at and I have sent 5 emails to this company so far. The material is so cheap and the quality is poor for their clothing.
Crap online shopping experience ever
Receive faulty items and once I brought it up with them they took days to respond. So every email took forever to be responded to. Been over a month and yet to receive my refund even tho clothes were sent back weeks ago. Even the customer service team were rude and unhelpful. If I could give minus stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend shopping at this brand at all. The quality of clothes were crap so bad would much rather to shop at Kmart and get 100% more stuff for that price they are charging.
I have been extremely disappointed with this business. When I placed my first order (approx. $400), I was super excited to receive what I thought were going to be some lovely stylish new pieces. When they arrived it was extremely disappointing, it was obvious items were a very poor quality and overpriced. Upon returning these items I was issued with a gift card. I took a chance and made a second order in the hopes of not wasting my money. Needless to say the next order arrived and again I had to return the items. At this stage I just wanted my ...money back, I emailed the customer service team explaining my experience and was dismissed being told we can't issue a refund and use your giftcard to 'purchase more items you will love'. I didn't waste my time placing any more orders and lost my money. Don't recommend.
Sizing is China sizing, not western sizing
I’m a western (Australian) size 10-12 (which isn’t large) but in this “brands” clothes I am a 16, their largest size (which in the western world is pretty big). These clothes are made for the market they are made in...China. There’s no room for boobs or butts. Straight up and down skinny women.
Clothing is not high quality. It’s cheap fabric and cheaply made. One wash and you’ve lost the shape of the garment and the fabric looks totally different.
$75 ish for a dress is cheap. But it’s expensive if you can only wear it once because of the wa...shing issue, or if you have to return it for credit only. I did write my review on their Instagram but they deleted it when someone else agreed with me. Their Facebook offers no way to review or post.
Poor quality garbage
Poor quality clothing and sizing runs small. They are just reselling clothing brands. Clothing is super thin and see through. Feels like something you could find at Supre but with a $$$ price tag. None of the clothing I bought was wearable and will be basically going into the garbage. They do not offer refunds and return shipping is at your expense.

Fabric is really bad quality. Definitely not worth the price tag. Looks great in the picture, but it's not what you get. It's very deceiving. Never again. Don't waste your money. They don't offer refunds either.
Don’t bother waisting your money
Really bad quality for the price that they sell the clothes. Can only get store credit (not obvious) when returning clothes so I’m ordering clothes and sending them back which can’t be good for the environment? They delete any negative comments on social media as me and friends have all questioned things then it disappears. Any positive review on YouTube etc is all done by sponcers of petal and pup

Ordered a dress and pair of shoes. My first order with Petal and Pup. The order processing time is little slower than what I've become accustomed to with like-for-like competitors (Amaroso are much faster on delivery and processing returns). The dress was very poor quality for $89.95! Also had a fault in the sleeves and looked very different from the photos - I was hoping to wear this to an informal wedding however the dress looks and feels extremely cheap and tacky. The likes of Valley Girl have better quality similar dresses for a quarter of ...the price. The shoes were way too big and wide for my size 8 feet and overpriced for $49.95. I decided to return both items and hope for better quality products - hopefully the photos next time I order are actually a true indication of the product. Paid for postage to have returned. Checked the other day and the parcel had arrived to Petal and Pup Monday morning at 8am, nearly 5 working days ago. Again, I have been accustomed to returns being processed within 1-2 days. Apparently it can take 6 working days to process a return which is pretty ridiculous. Really Petal and Pup need to pick up their game otherwise they won't be around for much longer. There is only so long you can scam people. If I had known the quality of products, I would never have purchased. Ideally I would like a refund but apparently that is against store policy, which doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
Bad Quality for price tag
Having never ordered from petal and pup i gave it ago. I found the quality/colours of the items to be terrible/not true for the amount you pay for them. I wouldn’t order from them again.
Poor quality and bad fit
I have ordered 3 items from them now and unfortunately one has been worse than the other. Im a fairly standard size person. Slim fit 158cm tall. Usually fit anything from 6-10.. my first order i got 2 dresses. One was totally transparent the other had very poor stitching which looked horrible. Returned both but for the unlined dress they would only give store credit as the website says that the dress is unlined however on the photos the dress does not look transparent. 6 months later they wanted to take that money from me as the credit expires ...which i thought was very unfair as it is my money and their website barely ever has any stock in anything I like. So finally i decide to order a pair of shorts... the shorts are made from most stiff and disgusting fabric plus they have a poor fit and look horrible as they dont have the high waste they have on a photo . As i pay shipping and returns every time there is no point to return again or I will simply loose $20+ in the process every time. Might as well chuck these. On several occasion i have visited other stores to try on clothes that they sell, barely ever find anything that looks good. Would never order from them or recommend to anyone.
Horrible quality and sizing
I ordered two dresses and one top and they are clearly all from different and dodgy manufacturers based on their tags. The quality is shockingly cheap and the sizing is off. A size 8 is normal for me but these pieces make me feel like I need to go down 2 sizes! Definitely not shopping here again especially given this cheap quality and expensive prices! I see why they don't do refunds because they would easily be out of business!

I only ever post a review if Ive had a tough time with a company and this was it.
I made multiple purchases in one order and the material of the dresses I received were not as what they showed, described and looked like on the site: it looked cheap and flimsy and the size was way off even though it was the size I usually always wear. I sent quite a number of emails about this to the company to no avail; it was my fault that I had misunderstood the material-type.
I returned the product on the same day as delivery and to my surprise received st...ore credit. Little did I know that this store credit was only valid for 6 months. The problem with a store credit expiry to a store that permanently has sold out of every item you want is that you can hardly make a purchase of anything! Hence, all of my money expired. Gone to Petal & Pup for nothing. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that a large online company has such a terrible return policy and store credit expiry. Not good. Very disappointed customer. Will definitely not be back again.
Zip broke after first wear & shrunk a LOT after a cool hand wash (as instructed)
I bought a dress for my partners graduation, it looked well, not as well as it had looked on the website but it tends to be that way with most clothes!
I wore the dress once and cool hand-washed as per the care instructions (I also dried the dress as per these instructions)
I went to wear my dress for the second time this weekend and the zip had derailed?
The length of the dress is midi to the calf and has now shrunk to just below the knee... It is terrible quality and I am so disappointed as it looked so pretty online :(

ive purchased many items over the years. Unfortunately the majority has been faulty. Petal and pup are near impossible to communicate with and refuse to accept faulty items. Its a faceless company. I wont shop here again!
Bought two dresses which looked great on the website. The quality of the material and make is terrible particularly given the price.
I am very petite so struggle to find clothes that fit well and purchased the smallest size available which ended up being too large. Unbelievable that an online store does not offer a refund unlike most other stores. What am I supposed to do with a store credit???
Ver poor quality
I have purchased on two occasions from Petal & Pup.
On both occasions I have found the quality to be poor.
The last purchase I purchased 3 dress for the Maldives. One of them did not even last 1 wear with all the elastic giving way during dinner at a beautiful restaurant.
The other item after the second wash, the fabric frade.
The quality of the fabric is cheap, the make of the items are cheap also.
After contacting the company regarding my disappointing experiences with their product, there response was less then satisfactory.
Check their returns before buying!
i Bought a dress that arrived and definitely doesn’t look like the picture nor was I happy with paying $90 for the quality. But they will not give you a refund just credit note plus you need to pay for shipping to get the item and pay again to return it which most other online stores offer returns and refunds. I just wish I read their returns policy beforehand
