I go to the Hervey Bay store quite often and have always found very pleasant staff except for one woman. Several times I have encountered this particular person and each time she was very rude. She actually appeared to be very miserable and unhappy in her working environment. Why on earth do people employ someone like this. Just putting it out there!

Big store with many options to chose from lots of products in the one place. Knowledge of products from staff very good.

The staff are very good at their job, I usually only go in for beef jerky but sometimes it’s isn’t available so I look around and see if there is anything else but my fur babies only like the beef jerky.

I called the Peakhurst store spoke with Jade looking for a product, I was told it was not in stock When their website said it was. Only half an hour later I received a call back from Jade telling me that she had been looking for the product out back, found it and she called me to tell me she had set it aside for me to pick it up. Friendly staff Who are always happy to answer questions. The staff are kind interested in our dogs st the store. We enjoy the sale offers on food and other items.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and they have a large range of products to choose from. From pet food to toys to harnesses, collars and leads, they have everything.

One is always greeted and served with a friendly smile, Staff know their products well and are able to advise
accordingly. It is obvious they have a genuine interest and enjoy what they do.

Love the parking directly outside the store; staff are always friendly and helpful if you require help. Good range of products; The only downside I find is that dog toys for small dogs (miniature poodle) are always in short supply.

It was very easy to find the relevant section I needed, grab the products I came in for. The covid-19 measurements made me feel safe. And the lady who rang up my order was lovely to chat to and gave me confidence in my purchase.

My dog requires a special diet. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and intolerant when I bring my dog. The discounts help me with the cost. I received a courtesy call to let me know they had not given me my discount; how amazing is that for customer service!
