Purchased a new Triumph Street Triple R and received great service from the Triumph dealer Darren, he went out of his way to look after me and was very knowledgeable about the motorcycles.

City Triumph/ Peter Stevens Melbourne unprofessional sales and finance division. 3 months and still waiting.
I have been stuffed around for months trying to trading in my Aprilia Shiver for a Street Triple. The first time around while the finance application was underway they sold the bike I had applied finance for and did not even have the courtesy to give me a call to update me or check in. Their finance team and sales team have no communication whatsoever. So I decided to go for another one, and it has been 3 months and still counting to get it out of their hands. Now Peter Stevens are hassling me to send in all documents and start from scratch with a new finance guy who is not at all interested in straightening this out. Extremely bad customer service. Peter Stevens Finance aka The Bank of Immoral Theives
$15 for a 1 page statement of account, disgusting. How is it possible to check on progress of the loan or apply for other things if this rip off merchant is charging $15 every time I need to know how much is outstanding on the loan. At least develop a way of tracking it online if you really can't be bothered with providing paperwork, terrible service. Can't wait for the loan to be over so I never have to deal with you again.

Terrible experience. Placed an order 3 weeks ago for several hundred dollars. No comms apart from the invoice sent. Have phoned several times, left messages, sent emails, logged a PayPal dispute - nothing. Received 2 items of 10 ordered. Called to let them know (only time they ever called back and almost aggressively told me I shouldn't have got those as nothing should have been sent yet).
Not sure what's going on there, but I'd avoid buying from here.

Pretty terrible service
Pretty terrible to be honest, i ordered some gloves 3 weeks ago and they still haven't been sent. Covid isn't really an excuse because amx seem to deliver thing's straight away! I'll never order from these guys again.

Adelaide store - very poor customer service
Friday 21st August 2020 At approximately 9.30am my 5 year old son, 2 year old daughter and I entered the store. Looked for a minute or two at the bikes at the front of the store then went upstairs to look for at least a new helmet for my son. Was also looking at purchasing boots, gloves and possibly clothes too for my 5 year old. We were upstairs trying on helmets, looking at gloves, clothes and boots and not once did I get acknowledged or asked if I could be helped. ven being acknowledged. We left purchasing nothing with an upset son because he was looking forward to getting a new set up. I don’t expect a fancy show but I do expect to at least be acknowledged. New bike buyer
Rang about buying a new bike. Told a price and would be better if I came in. Went in no discount and told then factory cash back was applied already. Actually looking for 2 bikes. Their loss of about 20 grand. Never buy anything including parts. From them again.

Lift your game Peter Stevens Adelaide
There are times when you just have to accept that things happen and other times events don't quite sit right and you need to speak up and get things off your chest. Such is this case with my last experience using Peter Stevens Adelaide Service Centre. I have had good experiences with Peter Stevens in the past and have spent many hours in the store checking out and buying gear. th when i described him. He didnt know anything about the repair but i gave him my details so he could look it up. Was told that being advised of damage to the bike on collection is not good and apologised. Offered for me to contact him next time i need something and he might be able to offer a discount but there was nothing further he could do. I left my details and asked if he could look into my repair and perhaps speak to those who handled it and get back to me. This was about a month ago and havent heard back. I have again tried to let this slide but have had another sleepless night as it still doesnt sit right. The facts as I see them are that my bike was fine when I took it in for new tyres to be fitted. It came out damaged and unsafe to ride leaving me no option but to ride an 'unsafe' bike home. My workmate used to work for a major car dealer service centre, she laughed when I told her about this and said to go to consumer affairs. Vehicles should be inspected and any damage or faults should be reported first before working on them. Changing a tyre it would have been blatanlty obvious of a broken stanchion pinch bolt clamp, Its clear to me that it was fine when the wheel came off and broken when done up (too tight perhaps)? it wouldnt take much.. , thats why I wasnt told to start with as it was fine on initial inspection, anyone with half a brain can see this! If I had been asked what I would like as an outcome , I would like to be reimbursed for the $300 that I spent on buying a used set of forks online from a wrecker to make my bike rideable again. I went into the store last week to look at gear but i really dont need anything right now and not wanting to purchase things that i dont need just so i can get an unknown discount. Avoid this dishonest seller in Geelong Peter Stevens
I have bought 1 year ago a scooter Aprilia Scarabeo 200 and I still have a warranty on it.
I booked over the phone and the lady was very nice. The appointment was 8 am in the morning, so they could look at the problem before others come in.
I travel 2 hours that day and I stayed around till 1 pm, no call, no message. I went back there after a while and the scooter was in the same spot, so I asked why they didn’t look or done anything and they said that they have another appointment before me.

Shocking after sales service
Very bad after sales service. Promised a lot, but delivered nothing. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for a visor to replace the faulty one that came with my helmet.

Lots of people only review when unhappy...
I bought a Street Triple from these guys. LAMS. Great bike. I was served by a guy who is no longer there, however the sales process was still quite good.
Just had the first service, loan bike made available. Same model as mine. The team there have been prompt and helpful. No complaints here so far.

knowledge-less worker.
as new rider, bought new helmet not knowinng what to look for, let alone I didnt know I should measure my head circumference. but thats my point of goinh to store physically so i can get advice, right? shop staff said large helmet
doesnt look good on me. so get me medium (~58cm), bought it. when I got home and did bit of research my head is 62cm!!! so i'm 4cm short!! I never again buy from them but go there to try and touch the products only.

Dear Peter Stevens.
First my partner buys parts off you and it takes 6 months for plastics because you ordered black when we said blue and didn't pick up when we called so something you said would take 4 weeks took 6 months to do, then my mate take my partners bike to you to get it fixed and while you pretend to fix it you break a part on the bloody bike and instead of saying "I'm so sorry we will replace that" you say we can give you a 10% discount. I honestly with MCA had bike and fixed them up because it would put you out of business.

Unfriendly staff: Ivan - Elizabeth St Store
Bad salesman: Ivan. He literally told me off when I was on a “sold” bike. I never knew a “sold” bike can’t be tried on, but he can ask me in a nicer way. He was so unfriendly, I have considered not to return. But a better salesman (named Shaun) was very nice and helpful. He offered lots of support and always has a smile on his face. I had visit the Elizabeth St Store on Friday - 5th of July 2019 at 4:50pm.

Terrible Service
On the 7th of May 2019 i made phone inquiry to Peter Stevens in regards to an MT-07 I spoke to a sells person who stated that they had a bike available and that i would be able to test ride it as i haven't ridden that model before. Before heading over i sent him a message saying that i was going to be there within 30 min as per his request, once i got there he wasn't available and i got asked to wait for a bit, after a short while later another person noticed my presence and informed the sells man that i was waiting for him. explained what i was looking for and that i wanted to trade my current bike, a second sell person came out and assess the bike and offered me an amount based on the current condition of the bike. I then explained that i would prefer to sell privately in order to get more from it. then i explained that i was interested on the MT-07 and that i would like to test ride, he quickly went to say that the person in charge of test ride wasn't there even though i spoken and confirm that was the case. At the end no one knew what was happening or how to arrange the test ride, in all fairness because i wasn't ready to trade in there and buy there and then they didn't want to help in any way. Having had several tows and push starts from the triumph I bought from Peter Stevens how come the battery won't get back to normal without a charge then goes flat again in a few days?

Sounds like your battery's toast, mate. It may have been on the shelf for ages. Also could be the charging system on bike, the stator or regulator could be at fault for not recharging battery, leading to this situation. Warranty??
Make sure you don't overcharge batteries tho, I killed my last one by using my car charger on quick charge for around 18 hours.
After that it was the same as yours now.
Do yourself a favour and only buy motobat brand.
They changed the battery under warranty and said it may have been the fuse on the usb , wire inside may have been touching though I took fuse out,c how it goes
