$450 Helloskin HIFU Machine broke after 2 months, they refuse to respond

Purchased a HelloSkin HIFU machine from them on Ebay August 2020. Machine stopped working end of September 2020 (barely 2 months old) and since I said there was a problem (that wasn't lack of water) then they refuse to respond or acknowledge there's an issue.
Do not buy from them. If there is a problem with the item they just tell you to put more water in it, which wasn't the problem. Then they stop answering you at all and ignore you totally.
Unreliable seller.
