I ordered a product that ended up being faulty and it was within its 1 year warranty period. All it took was 1 email and I returned the item Reply Paid, and they sent me a replacement item within 1 week. I thought the service and timeliness were excellent.

After ordering a prescription face cream that I can't get here in the States, I noticed that I had typed the wrong zip code. I messaged Pharmacy Direct with the email they provided on my invoice, gave them my order number, and within 10 minutes (it was business hours over there) they had emailed back letting me know they corrected it and had successfully processed my order.

I was tentative about ordering after seeing all of the negative reviews, but so far I can't help but say this is a success. They respond when you answer, so just be sure to communicate if you have questions about your order, I found them friendly and helpful.

Quick efficient service at a good price

After reading the reviews (after) i placed my order (i know, back to front i can be sometimes) i began to worry as i hadn't received my order after a week. I sent an email a couple of days ago, no reply, then i thought "i've been dupped'. A week and a half it's taken, and for the bargain price i cannot complain, and will not complain as they sell goods not a postal service. Thankyou pharmacy direct!!!
