Worst Pharmacist Experience!
inexperienced, lack of knowledge pharmacist. Did not return my prescription. Kept cross-questioning me. Very poor management of clients!
This is definitely my first and last experience.

Wonderful service and matches Chemist Warehouse prices
Just started this separate posting because I randomly stopped here to get a script filled the other day. The Pharmacist was professional, helpful, quick, and really delivered excellent service, which can be rare these days. On top of that, they matched the Chemist Warehouse price for the scripts I wanted. Anyway, I have a brochure, and this place offers not only good service and price, but also free 20 minute consultations on medications, and lots of other useful stuff. Definitely will use them again.

I WAS a long time customer, and recently, i've been treated like crap! After so many years, i will NOT step back inside this 'family friendly chemist'.
As a disability pensioner, you think i'm rolling in cash??, you cant offer a refund just because i don't have a receipt?? Yet when i was asked if i'd like a receipt, i said no thanks, because i never expected to have any issues with this NON PRESCRIPTION PRODUCT.
Step into the real world, you can all go get stuffed, oh, i will spread the word, and in the meantime, you can continue to scre...w / rip loyal customers off!! And don't give me the 'but the issue is with the manufacturer' crap. To the pharmacist, '[name removed]' (or however the hell you spell it), what an attitude / massive ego you have, learn some customer service skills, the majority of the other staff there have always been friendly to me, but you, well, you're just a NASTY piece of work, and that's putting it mildly!!
Pharmasave - Which customers are welcome at your stores?
The Pharmasave Operating & Marketing Philosophies below, were enough for us to swap our Consumer Pharmacy Requirements to this brand. The service & care that we receive from our local store floor staff is excellent & complimentery to the PharmaSave Operating Principals & brand below. It is though that some of the Pharmacists at our local store & identified by the Store Management as Locum Pharmacists are often rude & have little patience for Customers who may present as vulnerable through personal circumstance and/ or through disability or age...and that may have problems understanding medication choices or restrictions where the dispensing pharmacist provides no consideration of clear communication nor displays any understanding of customer restraints in choice through vulnerability, disability, impairment or cultural diversity or disadvantage. It should not be of consideration that customer attributes of Age, Disability or Cultural Associations should diminish access to appropriate care or to clear communication from Pharmacists of this brand should not Impact in any way or restrict any customer choices where a medical requirement is for the dispensing of prescribed and other medications. Pharmasave is lately & at our location treating customers such as ourselves and who present as vulnerable, aged, disabled or disadvantaged, with contempt and deplorability so that we feel that we are no longer welcome as customers . That the brand image is changing to a less focused dispensing pharmacy for all. This leaves us concerned that we would need to find a different branded pharmacy, where all customers are treated with dignity & respect. To search for an alternative dispensing pharmacy would cause us considerable hardship and further disadvantage. Where you are not made to feel inferior or dirty. Do not buy from this store
They won't even change an unopened product even if you pay much more money for another product. I am in retail and we exchange unused product for something else for same value or higher to keep customers happy. They won't and I spend a lot of money in their store and recommend a lot of people to buy there I work on same level and I will stop recommending customers. They have also lost me as a regular customer.
