I would like to buy a replacement remote control for my Fidelio B5/79 purchased in 2016, but apparently Philips Australia spare parts was outsourced to a company which has gone into adminstration. Therefore I cannot buy a new remote. I would remind Philips that under Australian consumer law, it is mandatory to provide spare parts for a reasonable time. "Products must also:...have spare parts and repair facilities available for a reasonable time after purchase unless you were told otherwise." Can Philips please advise me how to get a remote for this model?

Hey! So my philips fidelio has gone haywire. When I connect pc/tv/xbox/Bluetooth. It shows up for a brief moment and then disappears again. The hdmi 1/hdmi2, aux, bt and arc flashes irregularly, no even pulsating flashing, sometimes faster sometimes slower, on the device. And when I try to increase or decrease the bass/tremble it reacts 3 sec after I pressed the button. I have tried update it and reset it. Which was a pain becuse the delayed reaction. Nothing works. What to do?

Phidelio HTL 9100/79 When the picture comes back from an ad or a news segment most of the time the sound lags behind, up to 6 to 8 words are spoken before the sound comes back. Have used different optical leads and different HDMI leads same problem. TV speakers and head phones ok, only Soundbar. Subwoofer same. Any help?

The hdmi arc input is not working on my HTL9100. The left led flashes. I do not get any sound. It is ok on Bluetooth. I have disconnected it from power and also tried to reset to factory settings, all to no avail. Does anyone have a solution?

Hello there, Thank you for your question. In order for the HDMI ARC to work the TV should also have HDMI ARC port as well. If it’s a flashing red light on the left speaker, it means that it needs to be charged. If charging doesn’t solve the problem, then we propose to pair the speakers manually into the main unit. You can do this by following these steps: Pair up with the speakers 1 Turn on the SoundBar and the surround speaker. If the connection to the SoundBar is lost, the indicator on the speaker blinks red slowly. 2 Press the Connection key on the speaker with a pin to enter the pairing mode. » The indicator on the speaker blinks red quickly. 3 On the remote control, press AUX, and then press TREBLE -, BASS + and + (Volume) within three seconds. If the pairing succeeds, the indicator on the speaker lights up white (undocked from the main unit), or the indicator on the speaker lights up white for 30 seconds (being docked into the main unit). » If the pairing fails, the indicator on the speaker blinks red slowly. 4 If the pairing fails, repeat the steps above. We hope this helps! Should you have any further questions, please contact us again. Kind regards, The Philips Australia Team
