Not something I would recommend
I didn't think the glide was very smooth. I ironed black pants with this a lot and I found that optimaltemp was always just off, especially for my black chinos and my wool coat it always left sheens

Great iron, easy to use and saves time.
Have used this iron for 2 months, and I love it. Simple to use, just turn it on, wait for it to heat up and away you go. No temperature to adjust, so you don't have to worry about ruining delicate items because the iron is too hot. Lots of powerful steam for those large items like doona covers, curtains etc. Good sized water tank that is transparent so you can see when it needs water and is easy to fill. Takes a couple of minutes to warm up, but beeps when it is ready to use. Takes a little while to get use to how to control the steam to get t...he best results, but this iron definitely reduces the amount of time spent ironing. The iron is lightweight, feels good in your hand and glides smoothly over all fabrics. It is guaranteed not to burn or scorch which is indeed the case. All in all a great product, that's easy to use, and saves time. Very satisfied.
Light and easy to use
This iron is very light. It works well to any type of fabric Ive ironed. The steam needs a bit of practice to get the perfect timing. I havent had any fabric burn so Im pretty satisfied. The steam iron when in use is a bit loud. The calc clean option is very useful. Ive been using this iron for 6 months now and I only cleaned it once using calc clean option. The only downside is there's no locking mechanism to hold the iron when not in use. But for its price, this iron is worth it.

Great product. Look forward to ironing ...!!! (sort of!!)
Bought this steam station iron to replace my 10 year old (ish) Tefal steam station. Researched the web across many different brands and types up to a price of $250...
This won out as it was on sale $50 off - had the most steam output - quality Brand (Phillips) - good warranty - ticked all the boxes.
Paid $170 for it. Was a bit concerned that it doesn't have any temperature adjustment (like most irons do) but the literature said it won't burn any fabric... Go figure... And that's exactly what it does. From Polyester Polo shirts to denim to linen...
Purchased in June 2019 at Myers for A$169.00.
