30x30cm poster print

I couldn’t find anywhere that could print a 30x30cm photo, I needed it this size to fit my 50x50cm frame. Thought I’d try my luck and order from photobox because it was cheap $7.95 + $6.95 standard delivery.

My order ETA with standard shipping was 5/7 and I received it on 25/6, only 3 days after I placed my order! Not only that, the quality is amazing, if it wasn’t a photo of my children I’d attach it.  Show details

Don’t trust- fast shipping is a scam

So unimpressed. Did a photo book for an important birthday and it said it would ship before the date and then I got the shipping confirmation email and ENTIRE WEEK later. Go elsewhere !

Dodgy product no communication

I ordered a clear block with a photo for a gift and checked postage dates to ensure it fitted in. After ordering the shipping date was communicated as a week later. I sent an email cancelling the order immediately and again the following day. No reply. Product arrives as a sticker stuck on the back of a clear block of plastic - incredible overexposed, poor quality and just so average. Please never is this company. Couldn’t be bothered getting my money back so just knew I’d express how bad they were to everyone who would listen. Show details

From worse to worse

Paper quality (GSM) has decreased considerably over the years to the point the calendar curls at the bottom.
They reprinted using the same paper and now refusing to refund.
The template has changed as well so you can no longer add text onto a picture in the date field.
Go elsewhere.

Scam- won’t remove me from mailing list!!!

For some reason this company got my email address and will not stop sending me spam mail. I never signed up to them or anything they sell. Their website states that you will be removed within a max of 5 days from their mailing list if you change your settings to that. Something I have done 7 times now over the past 2 months. Pathetic.
Based off other reviews doesn’t sounds like it’s a very good company anyway.

Hit or miss

Calendars sent from AU to AU are amazing. Come super quick in the mail and great quality. Ordered diary with cover coming from UK and got lost. Contacted 3 times, got a replacement sent with tracking. Received no problems but with wrong colour cover. Just frustrating :( Show details

Crap photo’s and non-existent service

DEFINITELY A SCAM! Can’t select Zero stars. Received one order with photo’s poor colour quality and wrapped around the edges of the photo frame. Smaller photo’s had people cut off the edges and heads cut off as well. Second order has not arrived and no response from emails. Not even Australian. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Show details

I never received my item

I ordered a 2021 Diary on 11th November, with an 'your order has been shipped' email on the 17th Nov. Estimated delivery time was 1st December and I am still waiting. The only way I could contact them was through their Facebook page and basically they told me that they couldn't help me. They told me to contact my courier and when I asked who they sent it through I was told that they couldn't give me information. I wish I read the reviews before ordering but being an Australian company(.com.au) I thought that it would be safe!

I’m so upset, I ordered a layflat photobook well before the Christmas cut off. It was sent with no tracking and has still not arrived. No response from the company. For a very expensive item, ordered with plenty of time, I’m very upset that it hadn’t arrived, and it looks like I’m not alone.  Show details

Completely appalling service. Not even a star deserved!

I selected a three picture canvas from their website, to which I attached images of my granddaughter and the canvas returned with the photos not centered properly on the canvas. One of the photos on the edge the face of the person is folded to the side of the canvas whilst the other opposite edge has a 6mm white edge on the photo which could have been put to the side. I wrote to them but this company is based in the UK and there is no way you can talk to a person here in Australia. The chat service is always disengaged. I only got a self automated email from them two weeks ago nothing resolved. This was a Christmas present. Shame on you company you shattered my living!!! Show details

Product never arrived, terrible customer service...SCAM!!!

Ordered 6 weeks ago and my item apparently got returned to them at customs. They apparently re-printed and shipped my item again and told me it would arrive by Christmas and that they would use Aus post express but I received a tracking number for DHL and it apparently won’t arrive for another 2 weeks (if it even turns up). Their customer service team is an absolute joke and when you finally get in touch with someone they are not helpful at all. Even though they say they have a warehouse in Australia that is not true at all! I have been lied to over and over by their customer service team. Complete and utter scam taking advantage of customers

Placed my order on the 22nd of OCTOBER and still have no received my item. It was originally a birthday present, then a Christmas present and now a nothing because it will never arrive. Disappointed

Ordered my diary last 16th November. It says been shipped 20th of November and should arrived between 5-7 of December but until now people, who knows where's my diary. I ordered it early for Christmas present but guess what I have to buy another present for my Father in-law. I emailed them twice and sent a private message in Facebook but hear nothing from them.. Karma is just around the corner scumbag.. Don't waste your time. The phone number is UK not Australian number BTW. Don't even deserve a single star

Waste of time money scammers

Ordered Christmas presents ordered them around 18th of November and it still hasn’t arrived was told estimate delivery would be 1/12/20 but nothing have emailed them and messaged on there Facebook page but have been left with no answers on where my delivery was and when I tried to track it found out it hasn’t even been sent yet there’s no way now it will be there in time for Christmas really shattered as Now I have nothing to give on Christmas Day would not recommend this company hope no one goes through what I have been  Show details

Never arrived

Ordered 10 Xmas cards on 11/11. On 4/12 still not here. Contacted customer service via email who wasted my time asking me to respond with my full name on the account for security reasons I mean wth? So that wasted days. A week later They are now resending the order ‘express’ which will take 2 weeks!! I will now not be able to send these cards out before Xmas. They say they print locally. They don’t. Disputing this with my bank today.

Noticed after ordering that the product was being shipped from Europe. Company does not appear to have an Australian business (despite the .com.au address!). Zero customer service. No time to create product

Asked customer service how to buy now, create later. Followed their instructions but purchase would not stay in my account. Rather it immediately sent a blank canvas to print. Send no fewer than 4 messages to customer service to hold off printing a canvas until I had time to actually download photos and create the desired product. Ignored me each time. Printed and sent me a blank canvas. All auto-response messages saying their customer service messages are being constantly monitored. Yeah nah!

Shocking Scam

Ordered on the 11/October - still haven't received my order (29/11) Emailed them several times with no response. Cant access a confirmation email- I can see it was "dispatched" but nothing since. Customer service? doesn't exist. Just waiting and hopefully my things will arrive. Asked for refunds no response. Awaiting Bank investigations to cancel/return the transaction. Waste my time

Spent hours creating a calendar in "A3 or A4", went to check out and could only have in A4, I want in A3, not an option (used to be) to change. Live chat function is lip service. It would be so easy to be so much better. Show details

Poor quality calendars

I ordered 4 desk calendars. On most of the pictures the bottom is cut off, not as is appeared on the order, and the picture quality is ordinary at best. I have done the same with other companies in the past and received much better results. Show details

Ruined my order that I put through by changing the font to something illegible, when I spoke to the customer service team to remedy this, they said it was what I ordered. Would not recommend as there is no way to ensure you receive the item you order.  Show details

Not an Australian website

Ordered from this site thinking it was Australian due to the .com.au website however after I paid I realised it was to be dispatched from the UK. During a time when he tales weeks on end to get something delivered from within Australia there is no way I would order from the UK. I placed my order on 16/08/2020 and when I contacted them recently they did offer to re-print my book and re-send. Let's see if it arrives this time.

luv my morning coffee mugs

I was quite worried after reading negative reviews on photo box however I had spent an hour downloading photos for four coffee mugs and picking out patterns and colours so I went to head and the mugs arrived within the week in Australia and although I believe some of the products are made in the UK the coffee mugs with photos are produced in Australia and I was super happy with the photos design and colour also speaking to the chat line people in the two hour window available was quite easy and they were helpful so I decided to bother leaving a review that was at least positive for the coffee mugs with photos Show details

Item very late and no reply to emails

I ordered a photobook for Fathers Day with the expectation it will arrive on time (especially after the Australian site confirmed it would arrive before the date). It did not. Two and a half weeks after the date it was supposed to arrive, still nothing. Three emails to customer service and not a single reply. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've been stung by this website. It uses a .com.au webpage but it is not located in Australia. The estimated postage dates are not accurate. Would steer well clear of them as they are dishonest in their advertising. Show details

Shocking quality! Non existing customer service! Daylight robbery at its best!

Ordered a canvas print of a professional photo. Print was cropped and signature on picture was half folded over the edge of the frame. Emailed customer services 3 times, no reply BUT been receiving several survey emails FROM customer services! All I expect is a reprint which is not blurry and does not cut off most of the features in the picture, basically, send me what I paid for! I will NEVER recommend this company, better quality and service from Kmart or Big W! Show details
