They need to understand Customer Service......
Waited over 2.5 months for my order
When I finally got my order looks like they can not follow instructions
The finished product was very poor and I phone only to be told a lot of rubbish and not only do they need to understand what Customer Service means but also the use of English would be helpful!
Waiting for 4 months, goods still NOT delivered!
Ordered several prints 4 months ago but still have not received them but was instead sent a completely wrong print.
No response to emails. When I eventually got a hold of Richard via phone, twice he has promised the correct prints would be sent out but still nothing... SCAM
Horrible customer service and dishonest staff
I should have checked these reviews prior to ordering online with these guys. Pay a decent amount for 4 prints and not hear anything from them for 4 weeks - I send an email asking when it should be despatched, no response after 2 weeks of waiting - so I call them and am told Coronavirus is the answer to everything, he's currently working from 4.30am and cannot do anything about it. He can't even have the decency to reply to his customers emails and say 'sorry, there has been a delay'?! Of course everyone is sympathetic at the moment, but the de...cent companies are actually keeping their customers in the loop with orders, not just suck up the money and let customers wait in the dark. I was about to report them as scam. Don't bother with these rude people that just accuse you over the phone, unless they pick up their game.
Poor customer service even at their "warehouse"
Unfortunately I have to echo the majority of poor reviews. Given the number of negative comments I decided to go to the PictureStore warehouse (which is a tiny garage in a complex) in person . Their website advised there were 9 copies of the artwork I wanted in stock and Richard confirmed availability via email. However when I arrived I was told they do not actually have any copies and would have to print the pictures for me. Sounds reasonable, but with a catch - I had to pay for them first. They would not print even a smaller copy so I could...see the quality. On emailing Richard of my experience, he replied that they can't keep all customers happy, you can't buy a Mercedes for the cost of a Fiat and I can take my business elsewhere. I most definitely will, and advise everyone to do the same.
