Easy system, Poor service, over priced
When discussing my current condition/problem with the allocated physician, They Gave me a treatment plan with medication that I’m already using/have used in the past. In which I had stated isn’t working. When following this & explaining with the allocated physician that I’ve used those products with no luck, they didn’t even respond & instead just sent me back the exact initial treatment plan as a reply. Which I find to be very unprofessional & disrespectful in regard to individuality, without even going into ridiculous pricing. I wouldn’t recommend this service to Anyone.
Too expensive medication
11 times the pharmacy price. Paroxetine 20mg, 10 tablets for $58 and they are sold with $15 for 30 tablets. to recover hidden cost for cheap doctor fees, express shipping. Ripping off, don’t use, no refund or change of medication unless you pay for the repeats. Absolutely ridiculous.
Didn't get back to me to send me my prescription. Very quick to accept the payment too late to provide a service.
Still waiting for my prescription to be sent to me as requested. It has been a week. Sent them emails twice and no reply. Don't think I will use it ever again.
Also you cannot delete your card details. This website doesn't seem ok to me.

Still waiting for my script
Been waiting for my script for 2 weeks now was suppose to receive it on 18 April. Haven’t received anything yet although they reply back to your emails but is of no use as they provide you with the same tracking number that you already have and which does not show any updated information.
Not worth the hassle.
I have been sending emails back and forward for a week. They charged me three times for a refill and still didn't send my script. If you have mental health issues, it could be a really stressful experience dealing with Pilot. I noticed they sent a reminder on my first repeat, but my second they charged my card when I didn't need it. It's also quite expensive.

Outrageous Expensive and Please Dont Pretend to Help If You Didnt Mean It
The idea of online consultation is great dont get me wrong, but to be honest the price of the meds is outrageously expensive compare to out there. I have been consulted $20 and prescribed for $80. Outside it’s free consult and $20 for meds. I asked if its possible to get prescription and i’ll get meds myself outside. First they say “yes of course”, guess what? It never came. Even after contacting them again. So for customers out there, if you dont mind paying way extra money for these guys and getting their expensive prescribe medication then go for it. Note for PILOT, do not say you guys will help me sending prescription and all if in the end nothing came, its a waste of time.
Might work if you are completely healthy
This sounded great - save time and money by not going to a regular GP. Signed on, filled in a comprehensive health questionnaire, and requested a prescription for ED medication that I've been taking occassionally on doctors prescription for more than a decade.
Paid $20 for the consultant, who reviewed my response and told me to go and see a regular GP to have my blood presure taken and provide that information to get the prescription. So now I'm out of pocket $20 and need to go and see a GP in person, so that the Pilot doctor can prescribe. Well, I can just get the script from my GP when I go to see him to get my blood presure taken! What a waste of time and money.
$20 most people havnt got.
Pilot informs you of mens mental health problems and the rate of suicide, then asks for $20 to review your symptoms. We have bulk billing in Australia and alot of people suffering havnt got $20 but need help.Im sure Pilot could work something out with Medicare to help those in need

Where do you source your Cialis from please? What is the cost per 20mg tablet. Where do you ship from? I am in Australia.
Hi there, regulations prevent us from providing medical advice in an online forum like this, but you can always reach out to your doctor with any concerns and can do so free from your profile page, otherwise, you can contact Pilot at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is your medication just a monthly quick fix or is it actually a long term cure for ED and PE. I've been caught before by a few 'fly by night' companies offering similar medications for these symptoms. Regards Phil.
There is no cure, it's medication that is taken to eleviate a problem. It's the same medication a face to face Dr appointment would prescribe. I don't know why you are using the term quick fix? It works for me & because of my job, getting it delivered means ease of access. If not I would go to the Dr and get it bulk billed cheaper.
Yes, it’s certainly a help while other factors such as stress etc are being sorted out.
Delivered and with a few repeats.
Great price for the product and convienience
