Good product offset by poor customer service.
Emailed to cancel my subscription in February in a very clear and unambiguous way. They tried to be extra helpful at the time helpful but ended up forgetting to cancel my subscription all together, when I missed replying to one of the emails (the 1st email really should have been enough). Well intentions from Pilot, poor execution. Then was met with snarky responses 2 months later when trying to figure out why I was still being billed. At the very least their replies were quick and ultimately the issue was solved quickly, just with a snarky tone. Maybe the service desk was just having a bad day...
Limited use but so far so good
Struggled on and off forever. Very limited success with other any other options aside from 1 or 2 banned options overseas and after 1 x 20mg it felt strong and I was pretty damn happy. Side effects pretty severe from 1 full tablet though. Serious congestion and mild headache. Cheap compared to black market options ive tried.
Easy to get access - but limited in their diagnosis.
Nicely set up system with prompted diagnosis questionnaire that makes it quick and easy to access prescription medication. When it comes to sleep, however, they only have one medication available, so they will use it broadly regardless of the nuances of how you answer the questions. So now I've got two repeats for a treatment that isn't suitable for me and gives me new side effects and worsened my issues. I think this is the way of the future and is really helpful, but make no mistake it will be a while before multi-faceted issues such as sleep can be appropriately treated with a couple of standardised questionnaires.
sidernafill is okay.
Sildernafill is okay for me.but sleep complex tablets are no effect. So I had to go to see my GP anyway.
I don't want you will send them to me again. I would like to cancel Pilot. Thank you
quick and convenient. but expensive
The consult with the doctor was quick and convenient. but the prescription was expensive. cheaper to just go into the chemist. also they try to upsell you a lot at the checkout. feels like getting your script filled at McDonald's.
Alright so after waiting a few WEEKS for delivery, my product has arrived this afternoon.
I understand its not Pilots fault for Ausposts diabolical delivery, but at the end of the day I had to wait weeks for this product.
Ill leave it at that. It arrived.
The Script of ed treatment
After use dick more as soft so become addicted to tablet
Weird side effects light nerve pain and migrain after
All night up n down as well strange work well but comes with downside
Time will tell
Trusting the medication will work for me. Good easy process to go through, much appreciated. Look forward to seeing some evidence of the medication working soon. Very hopeful at this stage. Very quick delivery asa well.
Okay would like something stronger
I found I need 2 at a time. There was no side affects so that was a positive.there was times l felt it wasn’t really working a couple of times which made my wife feel like I wasn’t turned on bye her
Happy with the prompt service, but on searching for my prescription it seems I can get it much cheaper locally. Why does it cost so much for the medication via Pilot?
Not as i expected as i wanted a higher dose but ok . Very prompt service . Price is a little higher than i wanted to pay but i will try it our first
Fast service, too expensive
In the process of determining whether I’ve been sent what I was actually prescribed - otherwise, prompt service and friendly custom. Potentially efficient. Fast, discrete delivery as promised. Disappointingly expensive. Thanks
Not sure yet only used 1 time
I have taken 1 tonight 45 minutes before the action
Did not seem to work or make any difference to my problem.
Still did not get a hard long lasting or feel very arouses.
The taste makes me want to vomit
It’s got a foul terrible lingering taste that makes me want to vomit and leaves a rancid smell on the breath causing my partner wanting me to keep a far distance to avoid it.
Still new to it..need more time.
Am new to pilot..have only just recieved it and started using it..impressed with results however am/anticipated being harder and performing longer...am undecided at this early stage if good or bad.
Don’t like putting it under my tongue and dissolving I prefer the tablet and it’s too big and it tastes average blah blah blah I want sildenafil tablets they are the go
Cost of prescription excessive
The consultation was fine with speedy response.
The information on the products was helpful.
I found the cost of the medication excessive when compared to other places.
Viagra equivalent was almost $6 per tablet. Im sure you can get it on PBS much cheaper.
Excellent initiative but needs to grow to reach it's full potential
Fromt first click to receiving my package the whole process was simple and professional. It was a little different having a consult with a doctor via text on my phone but the messages were clearly conveyed so no issues there. The interface is clear and easy to navigate.
The only criticism I have is the cost of the medication compared to if I went to the local pharmacy myself. The medication I have is $17.80 from my local chemist (i checked) but my cost from pilot for the same thing was $98.00, yes I'm aware it includes postage but even at $20 for shipping it's still incredibly expensive. Someone is making a killing at the expense of mens health.
Could be better
I live in a country town with a shortage of GP’s at the local medical center, so this service was very convenient. Took the Doctor more than 24 hours to get back to me and pilot refunded my $20 fee as a result. The Doctor’s note was very detailed and helped me under my issue better. Medication arrived 3 days after the weekend to a regional area.
I have 3 repeat scripts was confused that they all cost $69 for a generic drug thats usually $20. Maybe im paying for the Doctor’s consult fee with each script. Pilot needs to be transparent on the split between cost of consult and cost of drug.
Also i would prefer if Pilot can provide a receipt that i can claim back from medicare.
Great but would prefer the minoxidil in nightly drops as opposed to twice daily foam
As above. Would prefer minoxidil in a form of once nightly drops as opposed to twice daily foam. Otherwise the service and deliver were great and I would recommend to all
Questions & Answers
I just got the pilot t support tablets delivered.
I can’t recall what they are for?
Will the medication that I am on have any effects on liver functions?
Is the ED medication a daily thing or just when you need to take it.
Hi. I personally take 1 pill daily as i find you don’t get the full effect if you take it off and on. Pills didn’t start working until about 5-6 of taking it consistently.
