Okan and Matt were sent out to repair a leak that had not been addressed by the previous plumbers working for the same company.
Okan diagnosed the problem, replaced a small part and repaired the leak. No fuss. No drama.
I would recommend these boys for any small or large plumbing problems.

David fixed my shower issue. He was professional, fast and provided great service. Highly recommend and will use this company again.

They came to try to find one problem and fixed three. They organised everything and fixed everything in one day. Left the place with great water pressure, neat and tidy and with a smaller hole in my wallet than I expected. Totally satisfied and the guys were great.

Had to change the old gravity fed hot water unit to a new tank and the advice and service was great from Abdul.

Okan and his teammates are great! Very friendly hard working people! They were on time and completed the job in a matter of a few days without any delay.. left the garden in a nice clean manner. Thank you!

Sim and Lachy, did a fantastic job.
They handled the replacement of an 80L hot water system installed in overhead cabinetry in what might have been one of the most difficult and tricky places to make a replacement. They finished the job perfectly, including taking apart the existing cabinetry and putting it back together. I was impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend Sim and Lachy.

Too long to resolve issue after faulty workmanship resulted in damaged carpet. Overcharged elderly pensioner and refused to give detailed invoice.

The work was done to the highest quality. Abdul was very professional and explained what he was going to do at every step. He also explained clearly the the potential risks involved in machining the pipes to fit the washers. Well done Abdul. Keep up the good work.

David from "Plumbing Detectives" really knows his stuff. We had a blocked drain "unblocked" about 2 months ago and it cost us a lot of money to initially unblock it but after coming back from holidays it was blocked again.
David came out and clearly explained the issue but at no "cost" skilfully jet blasted the blockage and said if it happens in the future he would need to send a camera down the pipes to clearly locate the issue. He also explained what the cost would be.
We were VERY happy with David's professionalism and skills.
Again WELL DONE and THANKS DAVID.. I would highly recommend David to anyone.

Tony, Joey and Lachie had to relign our sewer pipes. Big big job!
With little disruption to our household they did an amazing job including a great clean up. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fernando and Lachlan were called to urgently deal with a gas leak on my mother’s property. Her gas had been turned off by Jemena and as she is old and infirm, needed the gas turned on quickly so she could heat her home and cook meals. There was a storm at the time they arrived but it did not stop them reviewing the job. The next morning they arrived on time and repaired the pipes promptly. We were very grateful for the speedy turn around and the professional manner that they dealt with myself and my mother.

Okan and Anthony came to replace my toilet cistern, they did a wonderful job with no headaces, they were quick and professional would highly recommend okan and Anthony.
