Exceptional Customer Service
As a business owner, I understand how important customer service is to success. I recently purchased a sofa and armchair from Plush Alexandria. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Ana D. She was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable about the selection and choices at Plush.
As for the quality of the product, I am thoroughly impressed by my new reclining armchair which I have already put to good use. Though the sofa has not yet arrived, I expect it to be the same quality as the armchair.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ana D from Plush Alexandria to anyone in the market for a new sofa who expects only the best customer service.
'd like to express my extreme disapointment in Plush customer service.
Today my replacement sofa was meant to be delivered. The delivery company contacted me with a window between 11-12. I had to contact the driver at 12 as no-one had showed up. He did arrive around 1230 but was not able to deliver the new sofa as he advised that he would not be able to carry it up the stairs.
He offered to leave the new cushions and forget about the new base altogether (how is this acceptable!?). He then left with the replacement base taking it back to the ...warehouse and left us with the new cushions and our old damaged sofa. So now we have to store these extra cushions in our small apartment and the new sofa goes back to sit in your warehouse collecting dust. We have already wasted a whole morning for this delivery and work full time during the week. Not to mention waiting over 12 weeks for this replacement.
The worst quality/warranty/customer service ever..! Do not buy from them
Very poor quality compared to our previous furniture. Our leather sofa purchased 24months ago has been sagging for the past 18 months called 10 times.! Been in store to complain 5 times.! Now our sofa is even worse with padding coming off the frame, my 1 year old daughter keeps hurting herself bumping her head on the frame. We even opted to pay extra for coverage and plush has not done a thing about it. Terrible customer service and rubbish lounge.! I do not recommend the plush brand to anyone they may have been good in the past but they are ab...solute crap now And do not pay for extra coverage it is a scam..! I do not have a problem with the Alexandria store or the staff working there, but the lounge quality is just rubbish, and the fact that they haven’t done a thing about it but string is along is even worse. Please do not waste your money with them they do absolutely nothing.

Just ordered our new lounge from Plush Alexandria and have to say the level of customer service is second to none! Had the pleasure of dealing with 3 team members Josh, Chris and Rob who all went above and beyond to make sure we got the right lounge for our new home. They were friendly, knowledgeable and most of all PATIENT with us as we took our sweet time deciding on the model, setup and fabric of our new sofa. We visited in store 3 times and had numerous phonecalls to get our decision right and never felt rushed or hassled. Couldn't speak highly enough of the team here at Alexandria. Can't wait for our new sofa!
Chris P was excellent at explaining all aspects of the lounge we wanted to buy. He gave us space so we could make our minds up and did not hassle or hurry us, which is what every customer prefers.

Great customer service and experience
I bought a new sofa bed today at Plush at Alexandria, and was helped by store manager Robert. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the products, explained the manufacturing and delivery lead times clearly and just made it all a very quick and enjoyable experience. It's my first time buying from Plush, and will be back again.

Lots of options for lounges, covers, customisation and accessories. Robert (store manager, Alexandria) was very helpful and friendly, and make the whole process very easy. Very excited to receive the lounge into our home!
Excellent service and Product
We recently purchased and received our sofas and recliners from Plush Alexandria and are loving it! We went there on a Saturday and were served by Josh. He is a very friendly staff member who helped us pick our perfect lounge. He was not pushy at all and answered all of our questions that we had. The store manager Rob put through the sale and was also very helpful and lovely. It was such an easy process.
The store was very easy to navigate through, it was inviting and also light and bright. The was a huge range of sofas to pick from.
We are very satisfied with the quality of our sofas and recliners and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great Couch and sales staff ruined by very poor warranty service.
We bought our couch from Alexandria and was very happy with the helpful staff who helped us get what we want and even make changes after the order was placed. Unfortunately the whole experience has been ruined and has left a sour feeling after the eletric headrest broke after 2 months from delivery.
From the time I logged a service call it took nearly 4 months to have it fixed. Booking the service technician was a pain, there was no compromise in between, you could only book him according to his schedule of when he'd be in the area. When I d...id book him in, he didn't show up. I wasted a day of annual leave for this but was at least compensated $100 though it doesn't really equate to my days worth of annual leave. When I finally had the technician come in, he wasn't able to fix it as he didn't have the part for the broken headrest. He tried replacing every other part and concluded that it was the headrest motor that needed to be replaced which I'm told isn't readily available and would take 9 weeks to order! This delivery time itself is ridiculous and takes nearly the same amount of time to build and send a couch. When the part finally arrived after 9 weeks, I wasn't notified, in fact I had to keep chasing up the call. Finally I booked in a time with the technician. On his visit, i'm horrified to find out again he doesn't have the part to fix it and needs to order another part, the headrest motor. At this point i'm quite frustrated because i'm pretty sure this was the same conclusion we had arrived with on his last visit. What's also frustrating is the part he brought in looked exactly like the same part he replaced last time which controls the recliner. I'm assured this time I won't have to wait 9 weeks again and they would have the headrest motor in stock so i'm not sure why this wasn't tried in the first place. Maybe he brought the wrong part in again or maybe he misdiagnosed it the first time. Eitherway it could've been fixed sooner and I wasted another day of my leave. All together from trying to book him in, ordering the part and getting it fixed, it's taken nearly 4 months which is longer than the time I've had my couch. What good is a 10 year warranty if it takes this long to fix. Unfortunately i couldn't even make much use of the couch because with the broken headrest, it made it very uncomfortable to sit on without the back and head support. The couch in itself is beautiful, the sales experience was great but it's hard to recommend Plush after my awful warranty experience. Friends and family comment on how lovely the couch is but find out it's still broken after so long. I can't even recommend it if I wanted to because everytime they visit they find it's still broken. I hope most go though a different experience than mine. After all that, i'm not sure if I want to go through the same headache in future.
Service that cant be matched and furniture of the highest quality
Amazing help and customer service by everyone at plush, a fabulous sales assistant, great communication from the factory and the most helpful and professional delivery guys. 5 stars isn't enough.
Perfect service, great product
Shopped at the Alexandria plush store and was served by the manger Robert. He was excellent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Answered all our questions, took the time to explain about the fabric, warranty, how to protect the fabric and explained all the features of the lounge to us in detail. The store was well laid out.
Highly recommend Robert and his team at plush Alexandria. It was a very good experience!

Customer Service with Care & Knowledge
The Manager at Alexandria, Peter, guided us from the moment we walked in. First time buyer. We had no idea where to start. Fabric or Leather. All the pros and cons were discussed, including product care and treatments. Once leather was decided on, we were gratefully educated in the choices and why Plush Leather was the right choice. Peter walked us through everything. Swatches were offered to take home for the night to check the colours in our lounge room throughout the day. We returned the next morning to purchase Cameo Recliners in a 2.5 seater, 2 seater and single. Can’t wait for the delivery. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone wanting to purchase a new lounge. Couldn’t be happier.
Fantastic Service and great product
Robert was extremely helpful with both sofa design and talking us through the options. This is the second sofa we have bought from Plush Alexandria and we couldn't be happier. Due to the excellent and friendly service we get from Robert we are planning on purchasing a third in the future.
This is our second purchase and met with Robert who provided us with great service and information about the swivel chair we wanted. He was warm and friendly - high recommend Plush Alexandria.

Just bought our 1st Plush Lounge, Clare and Robert from Alexandria were fantastic, couldn't have asked for a better service, great range of colours and textures, can't wait for my new lounge!
Sofa has an issue tried to contact customer support to rectify but no response.
After a pleasant store experience, we decided to purchase a set of Austin recliners.
However, after one week after the sofa is delivered, we found out there is a defect. The back piece on one side has a big gap to the armrest. Whereas on the other side, the back piece is crushing into the armrest. Contacted the plush care team twice but heard no response.
