Great product, great service
Judith provided excellent service taking us through the Cameo Modular product range which is the one we were interested in and explained the various options. She also provided very quick response via email to give us amended quotes to suit our requirements. It was a pleasure to shop in the store and we are looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa.

Excellent Service from both Bijoy and Judith. Patient and kind and helpful. Asked me about my needs. Offered purchase care package. Advised it takes 12 weeks to manufacture to my specification.
Nice range, good layout and great help from Meryl Dodge with options and fabric and care of the leather. Can't wait for it to arrive. Meryl gave us room to browse and help when we asked. Great info and service, thanks.
Very happy with new lounge
Store was well set out. Merely looked after us very well.
Delivery was prompt and when they said it was going to be which was a bonus. However delivery men did drop my lounge but it seems ok.

Very helpful staff! Attention to detail throughout. Tane & Inia delivered my sofa, set it up so quickly, helped place it in my living room. They were amazing and so friendly!
Excellent experience in obtaining a warranty service from Plush Aspley. Communication through the store to the contact centre was quite efficient. Follow up by the store’s upholsterer was very professional and timely. On the nominated day to undertake the warranty work, on time arrival and efficient and friendly service made the whole experience very satisfying. Compliments to Plush for coordinating this warranty process.
Warranty on fault in fabric stitching
My sofa had a small fault with the fabric stitching. Plush replaced it no questions asked. Andrew fixed it & did a great job! He was friendly, professional & great customer service. Very flexible with arranging a time to suit me with work etc.
Sofa Recliner Repair
We are mostly happy with our sofa, but the foot rest on the recliner has failed twice. [name removed], the repairman, has been excellent in sorting this out for us. He is friendly and punctual. Fingers crossed all is ok with the recliner now.

I walked into Plush at Aspley and saw the perfect couch immediately. Meryl approached me and helped me navigate my specific requirements for my dream couch, and I walked out with my new couch on order and couldn't be happier. I can't wait to get it.
Great product, great service
Fantastic range and great service. Watch their delivery emails do get caught as spam though, and also final payment is done over the phone (if not done in store). Overall though 10/10, perfect for our home. Thanks Meryl!!
Friendly yet professional
A great experience dealing with Bijoy who assisted us in not only explaining the features of a 3-Seat Sofa but also the benefits of the product. Product knowledge was exceptional. Explained the warranty period very well. A likable fellow who was not pushy. Even organised delivery from Brisbane to Gold Coast very efficiently, communicating very effectively with the receiver of the Sofa.
Very satisfied with product and price and will surely shop at Plush Furniture in the future.

10 year warranty did not last after 2 years
We bough a Vancouver sofa in 2017 from Plush at Aspley. After 2 years a mark appeared on one of the panels on the recliner chairs. Rang Plush to come and look , knowing we could get it fixed with their top 5 year protection kit . WHAT A CON . They refused to fix the problem because they said we cleaned that certain spot the wrong way . We could get it fixed if we payed for it . We will never go to Plush for any thing again . Must talk to consumer affairs to see why they get away with this con. Should have gone to Nick Scali.
Best customer service and advice
Extremely helpful, amazing customer service and great advice and ideas for what we wanted to achieve in our living areas. Will be a return customer for sure in the future. Thanks guys
Visited the Aspley store today and found that they did offer great quality sofas. Choosing a lounge and occasional chairs was a breeze with the help of the sales person Bijoy who was very polite, informative and thorough in giving us helpful advise and supplying us with a range of options to suit. After we made our order Bijoy ran through all the care instructions, helpful information for after sale support and lead us to the door. Very easy to talk to. Due to a current sale we received a great price on the products we purchased. Although we now have to wait 8-10 weeks for our lounges to arrive I feel confident that we are going to love them and feel that if something is wrong when they arrive it will be sorted quickly and efficiently.
