Visited Plush for the first time and found their products far superior than other competitors. Excellent customer service from Elyce at Mile End. Nothing was too hard for her and her knowledge of products was outstanding. So looking forward to getting our new sofa.
PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY USELESS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, When cushions in my $7500 lounge started sagging in less than 6 months Plush admitted faulty foam had been used but would only replace 2 of the 5 seats as they were the only ones showing fault ( they were the seats used 90% of the time ) I was told they would revisit if problem arose with other seats. When I did a few months later they declined to fix saying it was normal wear and tear and graciously provided me with a number to fix the faulty foam at my own cost!

Great Service and Product
Visited many other competitors but found Plush had a superior product, fantastic service and were better value all round. Nothing was too hard for the staff and she even advised us to go home and re-measure our lounge before committing to a product. Elyce was amazing. Highly commend her on her service.

Found the service to be excellent, it wasn't rushed or pushy, just helpful and informative. Upfront about delivery times and made the ordering process easy and fast. I haven't received my product yet, but the range they had was decent, and better than I had expected to be honest

West Coast Sofa Material - Don't Buy
Had a West Coast Sofa, delivered less than 6 month ago. The material is appalling in the level of peeling, requiring to be "shaved" daily so not to look a 5years old, which was not advised at time of purchase.
On contact to plush service department has been told this is acceptable and normal, and who's maintenance suggestions have been do not sit on the couch with jeans, tracksuit pants, use cushions or rugs ! Currently awaiting further responses - as the seem surprised that I do accept this as satisfactory resolution!
So thankful to have made the trip.
After months of deliberation, I took a trip across town to purchase a couch. In contrast to a lot of stores, walking into Plush I was given my own space to have a look around, but not for long enough that I felt neglected. Grant took his time with helping me decide, leaving me to mull over prices, fabrics and structure over the course of a half hour. I felt comfortable and listened to, having him take my needs on board and adjust his advice to reflect them, rather than chasing that higher price point. I'm very excited to have the couch delivered in a few weeks.
Don't buy from Plush!
We have a sofa that is just 12 months old and already the grains in the fabric have disappeared. Plush are saying their warranty only covers manufacturing faults, however their website clearly states that fabric is also covered.
As advised when we purchased the sofa, we have been using a pilling machine regularly and have cared for the sofa as per the instructions. It has taken since May for this matter to be addressed and everytime i have been promised a call i have never received one. We have now requested to escalate the matter further as ...they have informed us there is nothing wrong with the sofa and we have now been informed that they are unable to escalate the matter further! As you will understand this is not an acceptable outcome and we are now going to take the matter to Consumer and Business Services. The sofa is only 12 months old and already looks like it it needs to be replaced. I'm not sure how many people would actually buy a sofa or anything else from plush if they saw what happens to them 12 months later. I can only imagine the state the sofa would be in if we had children! As Plush feel this standard of product and service is acceptable, I would like to know if they would you be happy for one of the pictures of my sofa to be advertised in their stores, on their website or on their facebook page showing potential customers what happens to one of their sofas 12 months after purchase? Just to reiterate, having a 10 year warranty on a sofa is pointless if Plush wont even address serious problems when your customers raise them.
Excellent customer service
We decided to buy our two sofas from PLUSH as the customer service was very professional but with a genuine touch. Delivery went really smoothly from the phone calls about delivery to the final delivery of the sofas.
Thank you Ash and Jason for your friendly but professional manner, from accessing the best way to get the sofas into the area through to the final setup of the sofas. They were very helpful and attentive throughout.

OMG..!! Customer Service...
The time had come to update our faithful couch. having visited a number of suppliers we then visited Plush at Mile End in South Australia. We were greeted by Luke Janssan, the Store Manager. Not pushy but helpful and left us to look at the options. Once we had spent some time on a particular couch, he approached us and offered some insight into the particulars. again not pushy at all.
We obtained a quote and left to think about it, as we had selected and optioned up one of the more expensive couches in the store. A week later we returned an...d the service and effort that Luke went to, to ensure that we got the deal we needed and that the experience was a good one was excellent. We are very excited about the prospect of our new couch arriving in the coming months and the experience to date from Plush and its team has already set us off in the right direction. If you are in the market for a quality couch, see Luke at Plush in Mile End. Well done and keep this up. Great Customer Service still exists at Plush everybody.
Superb customer service
Elyce from the Mile End, SA outlet and Huan from online customer service were both outstanding. Both were very courteous and provided excellent customer service.
When we first went to the store, it was almost closing time but Elyce was not in the bit rushing us; on the contrary, she patiently listened to all our queries and addressed them and showed us many different models without ever indicating that the store closing time was here. She even took time to look at our floor plan and tried to see what would fit best and look good in the long...but narrow living area that we had. Huan would call us up as many times as was needed to ensure that we were happy with with the order. Although we were ready to make the deposit after choosing the leather and fabric online, Huan insisted that we look at the actual swatches because, as she said, it was a big investment that we were making and she did not want us to regret our choices later. She sent us swatches by express delivery the following day. She then followed up with phone calls to check if we received them and if we had any questions. Our sincere thanks to both these lovely ladies and we wish them all the best.
Longe suite delivery
Rob and Jason delivered my lounge suite today - they were on time, courteous, quick and customer focussed . Their service was excellent. They had to carry the longe around the houses to the front as it wouldn’t fit through my back door but there was no complaint. They just got on with the job.
Everything went smoothly and as promised.
Grant was the perfect sofa specialist. He knew his product, he listened and gave me the time and space I needed to make my choice. Thank you to Rob and Owen for delivery and setting up the sofa for me. An extra thank you to Rob for his attention to detail and making sure I was happy. The new sofa is the perfect fit both in size and comfort.
Outstanding Customer Service from Huan!
Huan's customer service is second to none! She was so helpful on the phone with my order and went out of her way to explain all aspects of my on-line purchase. It is a rarity to have such enthusiasm about the products sold and she was very knowledgable. Can't wait to snuggle up on our new chair!
