What you sit on, isn’t what you get
The piece of furniture that I sat in had great lumber support and the one I got was nothing like it but they’re made in China so hey what should I expect. Ten months later they sent lovely Cory who was so lovely and polite and thorough and the chair is much better.

Shoddy poor quality furniture and poor customer service
We bought a plush leather recliner about three yearsago. The stores are glitzy and the leather is highly polished but their leather does not stand up to average wear and tear. Only after two years and a half in January 2020 the leather on the head rest of our recliner disintegrated. The chair was not ripped or cut - the leather simply disintegrated. Plush claims that the problem was ‘body oils’ and therefore not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However given that we have owned 4 other leather recliners and never had this problem before ...this seems a rather lame excuse and just a way of Plush avoiding honouring its warranty obligations. We also conclude that the chairs are not made for average wear and tear but merely made to look good in the show room. Given that we paid $1619 for this chair and that it has only had a two and a half year lifespan - we will not be buying plush again. If you buy plush do not expect them to last the distance because they won’t. After the Plush technician visited our home, Plush also did not follow up with us to say whether they would cover the warranty on the furniture. After waiting over a month we were forced to follow up with Plush to find out what they would do. Again not something we have encountered with other manufacturers. Avoid!

We visited Moorabbin Plush store looking for a sofa. The service we experienced was excellent. We were dealing with Sheena who was very patient and extremely helpful. Very pleased with what we purchased.

honour your warranty 1 november 2017
I purchased a millennia electric recliner,from amart Melrose park.They delivered it to my drive way and left.After 3 months one of the chairs of the 2 seater stoped working.I have been waiting 2 months for the warranty to be honoured.Not good enough.

ALL of the staff at Aspley store are courteous, very efficient and extremely patient when it comes to dealing with customers who have no idea in what they looking for. I must thank Marcia for her help and understanding in dealing with or dilemma, in trying to find the right chairs for us considering our health problems. Again many thanks to all.
Beautiful suite and so comfortable.
After purchasing this suite with electronic recliners, the delivery men didn't unwrap the furniture of all the bubble wrap and squeezed it through the front door, smashing a hole in the plaster wall. In doing so, one of the cables under the couch was pulled out, stripping an exposed wire. The motor on this sofa stopped working. Plush followed through with Customer Care after my call and Corey their electrician maintenance man, replaced the motor in a flash, and also supplied an extension cord for our convenience. He also explained that all th...e delivery and installation guys had to do, was to un-wrap the furniture, take the backs off the seats and none of this would have happened. But in trying to get our suit to us earlier than expected, PLUSH used a delivery company that didn't fully know the workings of the suite. It is so easy, after Corey from Support Office of Plush explained it to me, and how the seat backrests lift off. He also advised me to clean and cream the suite straight AFTER delivery as bubble wrap can affect the leather leaving moisture or drying out after being in a shipping container from China. I must say, the leather is stunning, no dye changes or color discrepancies, and the quality of the leather is superb.
